Mengkoordinir staff accounting dan melaksanakan proses akuntansi dengan tepat waktu, tepat sasaran dan menerapkan kontrol yang baik untuk semua dokumen dan data yang dipergunakan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.

Educational Content Production: Develop and produce content around key topics such as Islamic superannuation, Sharia-compliant investments, and Islamic home loans, catering to both new and experienced users.

Multimedia Content: Create various content formats, including blog posts, video tutorials, infographics, and social media visuals, that educate and engage Hejaz’s audience.

Content for FAQ & Support: Work on FAQ videos, tutorials, and support articles that clarify Sharia compliance and product usage, ensuring consistency across digital platforms.

Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with Hejaz’s values, mission, and brand voice, maintaining a tone of authority and trust that resonates with the audience's values.

Performance Tracking: Analyze content performance across platforms to refine content strategies, increase engagement, and optimize SEO efforts.

• Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and tracking of fintech-specific marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Market Research: Conduct research on competitor fintech apps, market trends, and customer insights to refine campaign strategies.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with the content, digital, and design teams to ensure all marketing materials align with campaign goals and are on schedule.

1. Prepare regular monthly management reporting

2. Monitoring Capex & Opex Progress (approval, PR until Payment)

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

Accounting and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage cash flow, including forecasting, and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions.

Risk Management:

• Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign currency exchange, interest rates, and other financial instruments.
• Ensure the company’s financial policies and procedures are effective and up-to-date.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.
