Meneliti, mengembangkan, dan menjalankan kampanye perolehan prospek dan e-commerce di Google AdWords, Facebook, dan platform digital lainnya

Menganalisis data kampanye untuk mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan dan menerapkan solusi

Mengonseptualisasikan dan membuat konten menarik yang akan membangun komunitas dan mengangkat merek kami

Secara proaktif menguji ide-ide baru dan pesan yang berbeda untuk menemukan resep rahasia komunikasi yang efektif dengan audiens kami

Menyiapkan pelacakan untuk memantau kinerja kampanye dan lalu lintas ke halaman arahan dan situs web

Bekerja bersama tim penjualan untuk meningkatkan kinerja prospek

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a talented Financial Controller to join our team at AYANA Komodo. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of AYANA Komodo
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to optimize revenue and profitability
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budget, and forecast reports
• Provide ongoing financial analysis and insights to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads to support decision-making processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Having minimum of  5 years of experience in Managerial position from 4 or 5 star Hotel
• Strong knowledge in Accounting and Indonesian taxation
• Having a good analytical thinking and problem solving
• Good interpersonal skill and able to coordinate with other teams
• Having previous experience in reputable public accounting firm and exposure with SAP System will be an advantage

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Financial Controller to join our team at AYANA Komodo. In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the efficient running of the Finance Department, in line with AYANA Hospitality's policies and standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of AYANA Komodo
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, and working capital and cash control.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller in fulfilling the department's goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
