• Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality or at a hospitality studies management school or anyone with a significant experience as customer service or reception position

• Integration of mobile sites, using internally developed frameworks and systems
• Integration of billing systems based on different APIs
• Maintain existing sites and systems
• Provide technical support on existing projects
• Debug and fix technical issues during integrations

• Working with TCS leads and development team to deliver changes/functionality/Bug Fix.
• Works with the business functions to understand their business strategic & roadmap and ensures that the associated IT elements in the delivery plan is aligned.
• Works with Scrum team for specific sprints ensuring resolution of IT related impediments and support completion of sprint goals.
• Drive offshore team to meet project targets, KPIs and timeline
• Collaborates with wider IT teams i.e. security, Software Asset Management etc to ensure that enterprise standards are adhered to in the workstreams.
• Facilitate communication between various functions in the organization and drive cross-functional synergies.
• Provide inputs to technology, platform, and product roadmaps based on insights from global technology trends.

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using native technologies (Java/Kotlin).
