Role Overview

Main Responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Campaign Specialist with a strong focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer life-cycle management, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Meta WhatsApp Business Manager, sender ID management, and the broader Meta ecosystem. They should excel in creating, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, delivering tailored solutions, and leveraging data to optimize results. Knowledge of data science and data solution services is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM and Customer Life-Cycle Management:

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, activation, and engagement across life-cycle stages.

•        Analyze customer journeys to identify critical touchpoints and implement targeted interventions.

•        Leverage customer segmentation to deliver personalized campaigns that drive value at each stage of the customer life-cycle.

2. Meta WhatsApp Business Manager and Messaging Services:

•        Manage Meta WhatsApp Business accounts, including sender ID registration, compliance, and maintenance.

•        Stay updated on Meta platform updates and policies to ensure compliance and best practices.

•        Collaborate with Meta support and technical teams to resolve messaging-related challenges.

3. Performance Marketing and Campaign Execution:

7. Collaboration and Communication:

•        Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and technical teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaigns.

•        Clearly communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

•        Provide ongoing training and updates on Meta tools, WhatsApp services, and CRM best practices to team members.

•        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

•        3+ years of experience in CRM, messaging campaigns, performance marketing, or a related role.

About the role

As our Senior Accounting Specialist, you will get a chance to handle the financial record, reconcile the data and maintain supporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all accounting records have been recorded correctly and in timely manner
• Maintain monthly closing and regular reporting on time

The Senior Evaluation Specialist will provide targeted technical support to USAID/Indonesia and IPs and oversee all analytical activities including evaluations, assessments, and research studies. This is a proposal position contingent upon USAID award.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, resourcing, and quality assurance of all assessments, performance and impact evaluations.
• Design evaluation methodology, data collection methods, instruments, and protocols for evaluations.
• Oversee data collection and analysis ensuring rigor and quality assurance.
• Draft technical scopes of work for and supervise the performance of consultants and subcontractors supporting analytical activities.
• Disseminate and present evaluation findings and key learnings in reports and workshops, meetings, conferences, and seminars.
• Ensure learning from evaluations and assessments inform adaptive management by USAID and implementation partners.

• Master’s degree in social sciences, economics, statistics, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience in research, evaluation, statistics and/or monitoring projects related to development; USAID experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in design, implementation, management, and analysis for performance and impact evaluations of development projects.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, familiarity with innovative MEL approaches a plus.

• Experience with statistical packages such as SPSS or STATA.

The Senior Performance Monitoring Specialist will provide overall technical direction on performance monitoring for the USAID/Indonesia Mission and its partners. This is a proposal position contingent upon USAID award.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Provide maintenance engineering & reliability engineering service within process maintenance department

·        Monitor departmental results, identify opportunities for improvement & work closely with frontline staff to initiate changes.

·        Manage the Change Management process to ensure compliance, provide engineering input to the process, prioritize & coordinate resultant projects Review and critique work of others in the department for technical correctness (QA/QC).

·        Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of major failure/downtime events & follow up close out of corrective actions.

·        Develops maintenance personnel to perform equipment trouble shooting.

·        Compile failure data, carry out FME analysis to provide input to planning for adjustment of PM/PdM frequency and spare parts analysis.

·        Develop & manage departmental standards

·        Act as a QA/QC resource when required

·        Identify opportunity, initiate & monitor trials of alternative parts where feasible

·        Oversee new installations, including design, modification & commissioning (baseline measurement)

·        Ensures that all work is properly documented, filed and recorded for future reference

·        Assist Superintendent Resource Management to provide data interpretation & recommendations
