Summary of Job Function

Accompany Sales and company officials to attend conferences or exhibitions.

Otherwise, Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. The role involves answering inquiries, addressing basic issues, and escalating more complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.

2. MENGATUR REVIEW SEWING DENGAN SUPERVISOR, OPERATOR, QC DAN MERCHANDISER DALAM MEMBERIKAN PENJELASAN PROSES SEWING
3. REVIEW SAMPLE YANG SUDAH SELESAI JAHIT DAN COMMENT SUDAH DIAPLIKASIKAN SEBELUM KIRIM SAMPLE KE BUYER
4. MENCARI SOLUSI PROSES SEWING YANG MUNGKIN LEBIH EFEKTIF UNTUK BULK PRODUKSI
5. MEETING DENGAN BUYER/PERANCANG DAN BERSAMA MEMBERIKAN PENJELASAN KEPADA TEAM PATTERN DAN SEWING DENGAN BENAR

• Mempersiapkan seluruh data-data karyawan.
• Membuat kontrak-kontrak karyawan.
• Menindaklanjuti rekruitmen karyawan untuk menggantikan yang resign.
• Mengurus PPH 21, Mengurus perizinan dan menindaklanjuti data BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan.

Requirements :  

• Minimum diploma degree in Business administration or equivalent
• Good in communication verbal and non verbal, positive attitude and goal oriented

Responsibilities:

•  This position in mainly responsible for daily administration work, assisting in integrity training, collecting and translating integrity training materials; filling supplier information and assisting in organizing agreements.

1. Building strategies to boost presence in conventional and digital media (thought leadership) while also managing reputation/issues.

2. Press/Media communications and relations, and reports

3. Communications to customers via monthly newsletter/WhatsApp blast/other channels

4. Corporate Social Responsibility

5. Communications Reports for an internal audience

6. Regulatory-required reports: Report to OJK

7. Drafting report: Sustainability Report, Annual Report, Financial literacy activities

1. Delivering research, unearth actionable insights, formulate and present brand strategies to management and relevant functions.

2. Developing brand architecture, positioning and strategy and internalize it in corporate planning strategy.

3. Overview, monitor and report all brand strategic utilization across company functions (internal & external stakeholders), ensuring compliant with our brand guideline and values and manage reputation risk for our brand.

4. Provide holistic brand experiences by take part in all company strategic initiatives, ensuring adhering brand values and improving our brand awareness & consideration to achieve best in class aspiration.

5. Collaborate with creative & corporate communications teams and contribute to improve core brand team deliverables

1. Analyse the structure of a business, Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques.

2. Formulate ways for businesses to improve based on research and analysis.

3. Collect, organise and analyse data from various sources to track and report on agency performance metrics such as sales productivity.

4. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and other data visualization tools

1. Lead application development team and ensure effective working environment.

2. Improve existing application and process to ensure effective current process.

3. Clear impediments/dependencies in projects to speed up progress.

4. Resolve incidents and ensure system availability within agreed SLA.

5. Resolve known problems and improve system stability.

6. Monitor and prevent issues that can impact system availability.

7. Manage and develop team members.

8. Manage and prioritize project pipeline and allocating team members effectively.
