Opportunity

As a full-time on-site Associate Creative Director located in Jakarta, you lead the creative vision for our marketing campaigns and brand identity. This role will oversee content creation, design, and storytelling across multiple channels, ensuring our brand stands out in the smart home industry.

You’ll work at the crossroads of creativity, technology and innovation. Partnering with our Marketing team, Product team and Sales team to build a robust creative process, you’ll leverage performance data to steer creative output and test new messaging and positioning hypotheses based on insights. As part of this, you’ll lead, mentor and motivate a talented team as it grows, including creative copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors, inspiring them to constantly push the boundaries of creative effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a creative vision that aligns with the brand’s goals and values.
• Lead the design, video, and content teams to produce compelling campaigns and assets.
• Oversee the creation of content for ads, social media, website, and email marketing.
• Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand and resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaign ideas and product launches.
• Review and approve creative deliverables, providing feedback to elevate quality.
• Stay informed about design trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies.
• Guide the team to create innovative visuals, storytelling techniques, and engaging content formats.
• Manage creative timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time.

• More than 6 years of proven experience in creative roles (e.g., Senior Designer, Creative Director) either in agency or in-house teams.
• Excellent design craft and copywriting skills, and a portfolio that shows experience with Creative, particularly performance work
• Experience working with brand and performance campaigns for direct-to-consumer tech brands at scale, delivering high volume and large production efforts
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, and video editing.
• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation
• You have proficient understanding of creative across channels, social platform best practices, and user acquisition KPIs
• You have excellent verbal and visual communication skills, allowing you to communicate complex information simply and clearly
• You’ve led creative teams and know what it takes to inspire and grow them

As a Associate Manager, Credit, you will be responsible for handling credit cases (preferably the complicated one) from beginning to the end. Associate Manager, Credit is also responsible to assist the Credit Manager/AVP for other tasks as well, whether it is related to credit or even beyond that. Furthermore, he/she is also responsible for mentoring Junior credit analysts, as they prepare to embark further in their career to managing people.

What you will do:

• Evaluating customer’s data and financial documents to determine the degree of risk involved to reduce the risk of customer disputes
• Conduct document and information checking and verification as part of credit assessment processes,
• Prepare spreadsheets and detailed written reports to be presented to the loan committee,
• Identification and provide mitigation actions of all risks entailed,
• Provide professional opinions and/or recommendations to Credit Committee regarding customers’ financial credit status referring to credit policy and guidelines
• Track loan covenants to ensure compliance & complete other duties as assigned.

• Having minimum 5 years working experience as a Credit Analyst and/or Relationship Manager for Lending Business (SME/Commercial segment) in banking and/or relevant lending industry regulated by OJK.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent understanding in business financial statements, analytical skills, and mindset,
• Detail oriented, have a strong verification and critical thinking skills,
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude with team members and clients,
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and peers in effective written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa & English.

Regional People Partner responsibilities include supervising local HR teams and implementing company policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of labor regulations and experience as a human resources generalist. This position will be responsible for the Sumatera Utara region and requires high mobility.

Job Description:

• Fulfill Manpower Planning (MPP) requirements in the branch to support the achievement of branch work targets.
• Process all employee-related administrative tasks in the branch in accordance with applicable regulations, minimizing the risk of irregularities.
• Conduct socialization and implement all People and Culture programs within the assigned branches to support the achievement of Regional People Partner targets.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Collaborate with management and employees to improve working relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Regional HR or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
• In-depth knowledge of labor regulations
