Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee the management of clients' tax obligations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Taxes (Articles 21/23/25), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax reports.
• Assist clients in resolving tax-related issues, including tax audits, disputes, or appeals.
• Prepare clients' financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK or IFRS).

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently. You will play a critical role in enhancing guest satisfaction, implementing operational improvements, and managing staff performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven background in hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through engagement and support of all departments
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and guidance to enhance productivity
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning, ensuring cost control measures are in place
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure adherence to quality standards

• Perform end-to-end process for all HR aspects: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations

Requirements :

4. Experience in handling Recruitment, BPJS, Employment Contract etc.
5. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja and Tenaga Kerja Manpower Regulation).
6. Experience with HRIS System and Tax PPH 21 Calculation
