They will also support department heads in employee orientation, training, and development, as well as performance evaluation.

Additionally, the Assistant Director of Human Resources is responsible for maintaining employee records, legal documents, policies, and procedures. They will analyze the company's manpower requirements and make recommendations for selection and development activities to meet those needs. The Assistant Director will also stay updated on labor trends, social legislation, and any changes that may impact the organization.
