Job Descriptions:

• Research and identify key opinion leaders within the industry.
• Develop and execute strategies to engage and build relationships with KOLs.
• Initiate and manage outreach campaigns to establish connections.
• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with KOLs through effective communication and collaboration.
• Work closely with KOLs to understand their needs and interests.
• Coordinate content creation and collaboration opportunities with KOLs.
• Ensure that KOLs are aligned with the brand messaging and values.
• Represent the company at industry events to network with potential KOLs.
• Monitor and analyze the impact of KOL collaborations on brand awareness and perception.
• Provide regular reports on the success of KOL initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.
• Utilize market insights to enhance KOL engagement strategies.

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fields
2. Fluent Professional level Mandarin/Chinese Language is a must.
3. Strong understanding of all HR functions (organizational development, recruitment, administration, payroll), and General Affairs (GA), experienced in being HRGA at least 5 years
4. Experience in handling Recruitment, BPJS, Employment Contract etc.
5. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja and Tenaga Kerja Manpower Regulation).
6. Experience with HRIS System and Tax PPH 21 Calculation
7. Knowledge of HR Functions (recruitment process, compensation and benefits, and training and development)
8. Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.
9. Hardworker person, energetic, discipline, honest and responsible.
10. Great analytical thinking, creative, detail oriented and well organized.

Job responsibilities : 

1. Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the company's long-term growth and success.

2. Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent 

3. Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. 

4. Manage administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.

5. Maintain and implement all human resources policies and procedures, including recruitment and training, salary management, social security benefits (BPJS health insurance and BPJS human insurance system updates), performance evaluation, and employee relations (signing PKWT/PKWTT employment contracts).

6. Provide human resource consultation and support to resolve employee issues and disputes.

7. Manage and maintain employee databases to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.

8. Collaborate closely with department leaders and employees to determine human resource needs and develop corresponding human resource strategies.

9. Manage and supervise human resource budgets to ensure effective utilization of resources.

10. Understand with labor regulations in Indonesia (UU Cipta Kerja regulations).

• Provide direct support to the CSM Directors in ensuring high levels of service is provided to maximize Client sales and Retailer/panelists (Chain) acquisition, retention and maintenance in the GfK panel and contract renewals for Indonesia market 
• Responsible to manage and grow new/existing set of accounts (HA clients) and manage group of accounts and portfolio of business within the Home and Living industry. 
• Overall responsible for revenue generation/maintenance, overall client satisfaction/delight (Client NPS), relationship management and delivering exceptional insights, consulting and value to client.
  
  Client Deliverables
• Streamline and manage quality checks of final data, report and presentation before delivering to clients as final gate and check point based on industry and retail insights.
• Investigate and manage client escalation, relationships and impression on all data, report and insights while staying true to GfK standards and credibility with client/industry.
• Collaborate with regional team to execute global and regional account services priorities and adhere to one GfK standards globally and regionally.

Team Collaboration and Support

• Strengthen relationship with peers and other functions and steer as senior leadership member of Indonesia business (must be able to collaborate and work as one team for wider business)
• Develop and manage team from talent recruitment, development and management. Act as cultural change agent to drive progressive and agile management in workplace.
• Work smoothly with teams, peers and other functions, building strong relationships, and making an impact for business (must be able to collaborate and work as one team for wider business incl. regional and global teams)
• Develop and manage a lean team from talent attraction, management and development and have strong business ethic and integrity managing the business streams in the Indonesia.

Skills required

• Standard office packs, GfK systems (willingness to learn) and previous retail experience on retail/POS report construct (experience in retail/brand background).
• Sound analytical and problem solving skills (be the solution and not the problem). Able to deliver compelling and insightful presentations to clients and showcase client-value.
• Excellent networking, sales and negotiation skills.
• Digitally savvy, and keen to maintain GfK brand and point of view at major social networks (i.e. LinkedIn). Scout for opportunities in industry speaking/seminars.
• Must have great soft skills to be able to relate to different retailer segments and their top contacts. Being street-smart and able to hustle when needed.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
