Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Product Manager to oversee the development and growth of our credit product portfolio. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of credit-related products, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, risk, and marketing to drive the product vision, create innovative solutions, and enhance customer experiences in the credit space. Your expertise in credit products, combined with your leadership abilities, will be crucial in delivering products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·                Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for credit products, including credit cards, loans, lines of credit, and other financial services. Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

·                Market Research & Trends: Stay on top of industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor offerings in the credit space. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth.

·                Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, risk, finance, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to drive product development and delivery. Lead product planning sessions and coordinate across teams to ensure timely product launches.

·                Risk & Compliance Management: Work closely with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that all credit products adhere to regulatory requirements, including credit risk policies, underwriting guidelines, and financial regulations.

·                Customer Experience & Journey: Lead efforts to improve the overall customer experience in the credit product lifecycle, from onboarding to repayment. Partner with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences for customers.

·                Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance and customer feedback using key performance indicators (KPIs), and take actionable steps to optimize product features, pricing, and positioning.

·                Mentoring & Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and expertise on best practices in product management and credit products.

·                Innovation & Scaling: Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and product differentiation in the credit space. Scale existing products and develop new ones that cater to evolving market needs.

·                Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to senior leadership, and collaborate with external partners, vendors, and financial institutions as necessary.

·                Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on credit products (loans, buy now pay later, etc.) or related financial services.

·                Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams, with a demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex projects across multiple stakeholders.

·                Credit Expertise: Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle, including underwriting, portfolio management, credit risk, and regulatory requirements.

·                Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to interpret financial metrics, user analytics, and market data to inform product decisions.

·                Technical Understanding: Familiarity with modern software development practices (Agile, Scrum) and experience working closely with engineering teams on complex financial technology solutions.

·                Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a history of successfully working with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external partners.

·                Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for creating customer-first products and delivering seamless, user-friendly credit experiences.

·                Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and influence key stakeholders.

·                Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Design, or other fields from top local or overseas universities with strong academic results, MBA is a plus.

Responsible for the overall management as Lead Reliability Engineer to ensure effective and efficient service contract operation, principally through providing engineering and reliability support with the objective of improving overall equipment reliability, availability, and capability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand contractual requirements with respect to reliability, inventory management, and service delivery and implement plans to meet the requirements.
• Leading reliability engineer and service technicians for to perform all related work to reliability, technical and service.
• Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
• Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
• Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
• Actively promote positive safety culture.
• Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
• Compliance to work instructions.
• Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
• Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
• Be responsible for reliability data management, trending, analysis and reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle stock management, rationalise stock levels, optimise stock to ensure availability and control costs
• Stock control within the JC store (this includes stock issue, control of stock levels, reconditioning and reordering of stock)
• Communication with all stakeholders involved in the Alliance contract.
• Maintain the equipment & seal database and failure history using John Crane Interface Reliability Management software for all equipment within the scope of the contract.

• The person is responsible for managing and driving all Performance Plus contract related tasks and day to day activities based at assigned customer site.

• Other duties as assigned.

The candidate is required to demonstrate sensible business acumen to plan sales campaigns & activation, as well as the necessary technical skill sets: data crunching, campaign performance analysis, and marketing tools usage such as but not limited to: email, SMS/whatsapp marketing. Well knowledge of optimization and marketing tools [Insider, Mailchimp, etc], relevant experience within fintech and or P2P companies will be a plus.

Job description: 

• Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy 
• Create strategy and optimization for Google Ad campaigns (SEM, Discovery, GDN, UAC, etc) 
• Create strategy and optimization for Social Ads ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tiktok Ads) 
• Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO) 
• Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS (Return of Ads Spend) 
• Supervise the paid listings on third party websites and media partners 
• Collab with CRM team to create strategy and optimization for email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.) 
• Supervise all performance tracker and measure all marketing campaigns
• Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams 
• Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets
  
  

• Up to 5 years of experience as Project Manager, Digital marketing, Campaign Planner, Product Marketing, or other relevant roles 

• Proficient in spoken and written English 
• Proficient with Microsoft excel, google sheet, and data analytics tools for generating insights.
