About The Team

You will be working with two awesome teams: the Supply Team and the Retention Team. Get ready to dive into the PPOB industry and learn all about Indonesia’s agent network. You’ll get hands-on experience with the products we sell and help create exciting promos and programs that drive up transactions and volume.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like

• Helping set the right pricing for our products
• Brainstorming and executing cool promo strategies
• Assisting with CRM strategies to keep our customers engaged
• Digging into data for deep analysis and insights
• (Optional) Heading out into the field for research

• Need some one ambitious, curious, and ready to roll up their sleeves
• Ideally, you’re:-Super eager to learn and grow
• Comfortable with copy writing and know how to craft a good message
• A whiz at Excel/spread sheets and love working with data
• Meticulous and detail oriented, because the little things matter
• Already have internship experience under your belt (bonus points!)

Internship Period : 6 Months (preferred)

During this 6 months internship you will have the opportunities:

• To learn and support in finance projects such as create, review and check financial statements, ledgers, accounts, and initiate correction where appropriate.

• Prepare financial analytics including variances reporting and highlight any matter of concern.

• Involve in finance initiatives and projects e.g processes improvement and systems migration.

• Handle intercompany cross charge and reconciliation.

• Ensure timely submission of monthly management reporting.

• Working with the different teams to drive user acceptance during implementation of new tools

• Monitor, enforce and improve internal controls, accounting procedures and policies.

• Support rapid business growth and expansion.

Main Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design Tasks

• Assist in the development of graphic assets that can be adapted to ID Marketplaces, Paid Ads, Product Catalogs
• Assist the Graphic Designer team in resizing images for website needs
• Country-specific Social Media assets (IG Story)

2. Assist the Creative team on a daily basis, with direct reporting to the Visual Designer

Requirements & Experiences :

• Available for 4-6 months internship program
• Open to university students of any seniority
• Candidates with a specialization in Design Communication Visual or related degree preferred
• Candidates with prior internships in Graphic Designer or Creative roles preferred
• Reachable during working hours
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, and Illustrator. Lightroom, editing apps such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or other motion graphic tools is a plus)
• A developed eye for detail, layout, balance, and composition

a. Memberikan pertimbangan hukum kepada Direksi dan kepala Divisi dalam menyusun peraturan perusahaan;

b. Mengkaji bisnis dari aspek hukum dan membuat naskah Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Berita Acara (BA), Draft perjanjian;

c. Menyusun naskah perjanjian hukum dengan pihak lain yang akan ditandatangani Direksi;

d. Melakukan evaluasi dengan menyampaikan usulan penyempurnaan terhadap peraturan – peraturan perusahaan yang diterbitkan sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang – perundangan;

e. Mengkoordinasikan penyusunan produk hukum perusahaan sesuai aturan yang berlaku;

f. Membantu Divisi terkait dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi, penyuluhan produk hukum Perda/Perundangan/Peraturan Direksi;

g. Mendokumentasikan seluruh produk hukum Perumda Pasar Jaya;

h. Memberikan rekomendasi kepada Direksi dan Kepala Divisi Sekretaris Perusahaan terhadap penunjukan ahli dan konsultan hukum;

i. Melakukan koordinasi dengan unit kerja terkait, instansi maupun Lembaga lainnya dalam rangka pemberian pertimbangan hukum dalam penyusunan produk hukum perusahaan;
