• Regularly check machine and implement PM activities, related to Utility.
• Performs machine repairs, Machine problems analysis and make preventive actions.
• Ensuring equipment ready to use and as quality requirement standard.
• Controlling spare part stock and ensuring critical part readiness.
• Minimize downtime machine and make improvements related production machine performance.
• Maintenance Cost controlling and manage spare part order.
• Make working report regularly and prepare Machine Working Instruction.
• Develop Preventive Maintenance Plan and schedule.
• Manage subordinates’ job and coordinating between other departments.
• Implementation of EHS management system and program.

1. Manage project related Operation optimization, Maintenance and Modification. Include installation new facility or equipment.
2. Conduct feasibility study for project that will be planned.
3. Ensure safe execution of capital projects from conceptual design to handover and commissioning according to company standards.
4. Plan, execute and track the progress of projects, in accordance with budget and schedule.
5. Develop collaboration with key engineering partners.
6. Communicate actively with all involved functions of the organization, incl. reporting on project/schedule/cost and escalation of issues.
7. Ensure adherence to quality and engineering standards.
8. Verify and approve key project milestones, i.e. Mechanical Completion / Final construction 'as-built' documentation
