The Supervisor Scaffolding will oversee and ensure the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures for the Process Expansion Project in a mineral processing plant. This includes coordinating with engineering, construction, and safety teams to meet project schedules and safety standards. The role also involves leading a team of scaffolding workers to execute tasks aligned with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

§  Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to develop scaffolding requirements.

§ Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for scaffolding works.

§ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate scaffolding activities into the project timeline.

§ Supervise and manage scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling on-site; Conduct routine inspections to ensure structural stability, compliance, and quality; Provide technical guidance to scaffolding teams to address challenges during installation or modifications.

§ Enforce strict adherence to company and regulatory safety standards (e.g., OSHA, local mining regulations); Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to scaffolding activities; Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for scaffolding teams.
