Some of your duties will include:

·        Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to airport protocols and procedures.

·        Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and effective communication.

·        Monitor and coordinate airport activities, including passenger flow, baggage handling, and security procedures.

·        Implement and enforce airport safety regulations and emergency response plans.

·        Liaise with other airport departments (security, customs, ground services) to ensure seamless operations.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact during incidents, providing clear instructions and updates.

·        Identify and address operational challenges promptly and effectively.

·        Conduct investigations into incidents, gathering information to recommend improvements.

·        Understand the procedures and operation of PKP-PK main vehicles and supporting equipment.

·        Responsible for the readiness of operating vehicles and equipment and their members. 

Responsibility:

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap penyelesaian masalah/ketidaksesuaian/kerusakan di bagian pemeliharaan mesin dan infrastruktur
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap penerapan kebijakan, peraturan & sistem yang ditetapkan perusahaan di bagian pemeliharaan mesin dan infrastruktur
• Mengevaluasi & melaporkan hasil kerja bagian pemeliharaan
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian sasaran mutu yang ditetapkan di bagian pemeliharaan infrastruktur
