Opportunity

As a full-time on-site Marketing Strategist located in Jakarta, you lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns and oversee the execution of those campaigns that align with BIOTA’s business goals. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, defining target audiences, and creating strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for brand positioning, product launches, and campaigns.
• Analyze the market to identify consumer needs, trends, and competition to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
• Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics such as ROI, CAC, and customer retention to measure the success of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies.
• Identify opportunities for innovation to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through industry trends and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with the product, design, and content teams to create data-driven campaigns.

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Strategist, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans.
• Creative mindset with the ability to balance strategic and tactical execution.
• Strong understanding of all marketing channels across social media, email, paid ads, e-commerce, and offline events.
• Strong understanding of smart home technology and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly and absorb information well.

• Proven track record in develop and establish new digital platform businesses with high revenue impact. 

• Strong analytical strategic thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, well-organized and structured.

You will be part of a team responsible for executing the sales strategy, and building market position for multiple AA clients. You will do this by working across the entire sales cycle from prospecting, lead qualification, nurturing opportunities to closing deals, under the supervision of your team lead (Sales Director).

Key Requirements:

• You have 2-3 years of business development and enterprise sales experience (preferably SaaS sales).
• You have ideally 1-2 years of prior experience as a sales development representative
• Building new pipeline, maintaining pipeline and closing deals
• Experience in selling into multiple different markets across the APAC region
• Familiar with sales processes and CRM reporting.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You enjoy pitching, are eloquent and able to think (and speak) on your feet.
