The Role

You will have the front-seat experience and exposure in impacting women across the country by the awareness you will be initiating through influencers & community reach out, campaign and offline events. The role will be the liaison for influencer partners, brand partnerships, campaign and event management. Additionally, a collaboration between internal cross-functional teams and focused on best practices and needs across deliverables. Reporting to Assistant Marketing Manager and working closely with the Indonesia and HQ Brand team, you will play a pivotal role for Love, Bonito’s growth and market expansion through owning the mindshare of women across Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities

KOL 

• Build thoughtful influencer campaign planning based on campaign objective and performance target both for branding and sale campaign.
• Analyze and generate performance report for influencer campaign in weekly basis and suggest key initiatives to optimize performance.
• Handle end-to-end execution of influencer seedings with the help of a PR intern.
  This includes: generating weekly influencer catalog, KOL outreach & fee negotiation, request clothing delivery, sending out KOL brief and unique links to monitor posting’s quality.
• Active in researching and suggesting new potential influencer names that matches to brand’s profile.
• Foster genuine and lasting relationships with LB’s KOL pools through planning monthly KOL birthday kit and care package, prompt in assisting KOL’s request and be the representative of LB or first point of contact to KOL in offline events.
• Be highly collaborative with the internal cross-department (especially Creative team, Operations & Merchandising team) to ensure a smooth delivery of influencer campaigns. 
• For special projects that require sending PR kit to KOL, ideate concept of PR kit including products to be featured and liaise with creative team for production.
• For special projects, conduct KOL research and suggesting list of potential KOL for new market or geographical penetration.

Brand Partnership & Community

• Under manager supervision, be the timeline and project manager for offline events – including but not limited to press events/ collection previews, influencer networking sessions, and VIP events.
  Project manager scope include, but not limited to:
  -Planning out of the box and on-trend offline event concept and flow
  -Assign relevant event hosts (KOL/ LB Community)
  -Production timeline management
  - Be the main point of contact to cross departments and event vendors
  - Be the main point of contact pre and during event day
  - Conduct post-mortem event report based on agreed event metrics
• Actively scoping for new brand partnership and/or external potential partners to work with to drive brand awareness in the market.
• Maintain and foster relationships with existing brand partners from national to local-city reach from digital-to-traditional corporations/ individuals.
• For special projects, conduct community research for new market or geographical penetration.
• Generate copywriting for PR-related marketing collaterals: translating press releases, greeting cards, event collaterals, others. 

Requirements & Experiences :

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related studies.
• 2-3 years working in Marketing, Agencies, PR, communication, advertising, or other similar roles
• Advocate of the female voice
• Experience in industry such as Brand / Retail Fashion / Digital Agency / Ecommerce 
• Great copywriting skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience in project management will be a plus

Role Overview

The Senior Marketing and Brand Communication will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing digital campaign and brand strategies that resonate with our target audiences. This role requires a creative thinker who can effectively communicate our brand values and drive engagement across various channels.

Your responsibilities but not limited to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand communication strategies that align with INDICO’s business goals.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across all marketing channels.

• Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, both offline and online, including digital media, social media, public relations, and events.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and has strong media relations.

Executive - Marketing provide support for Marketing Department in terms of day-to-day marketing operational, dealing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders assigned by Marketing Manager, as well as managing stocks & requests for promotional materials.

1.      Execute the implementation of Marketing Plan as approved by Managing Director including but not limited to new product launches such as Create Catalogue, promotion tools (BTL & ATL) and engage in event/activity

2.     Support  in manage  Corporate Digital Assets  (Website and Social Media Platforms) with appointed 3rd party vendors  (FB &IG)  and also handling customer compliance from call center

3.     Perform market analysis such as competitor analysis, market research and business opportunity for new category

4.     Support in A&P management, in part of controlling inventory management and asset management

5.     Maintain good relationships with external (ie. 3rd party vendors, Advertising/ Creative Agencies, Health/ Medical Associations, Foundations, etc.)

6.     Provide administrative support and good teamwork with internal stakeholders

Perform training and product knowledge education to distributor and/or outlet’s frontliners

1.       Diploma or Bachelor degree in any majors

2.       Prior experience in Sales or Marketing of minimum 1 year; experience in Consumer Healthcare industry is advantage

YOUR IMPACT

The job requires ensuring products launch on time, manage product listings, and monthly ordering. Supporting campaign execution and CRM implementation, as well as generating data for reporting. Overall helping achieve marketing goals.

YOUR MISSION _________

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

1. Product Registration

• Close liaison with Central Registration support team and Local regulatory team, to ensure that products can be launch in line with the launch date. (Measures: Brand’s Onshelf date)
• Communicating any urgent matters/request to Regional regarding the registration issue
• Submission & tracking notification status

2. Product Listing

• Work closely with retail team to ensure products are listed into key retailer’s assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailer’s Onshelf date)
• Prepare Novelties calendar, allocation to each door and track each SKU by initiative
• Monthly update on product catalog with SKU’s status
• Communicating and implementing new prices

3. Product Merchandising

• Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door
• Active list management (measures: presence rate)

4. Monthly Replenishment / DRP

• Compile order submission from all division and ensure the order are calculated accordingly to meet the needs
• Tracking shipment to Indo, alert WH of any urgent shipment

5. Sampling and Gift

Ensure that sampling and Gifts items are distributed in accordance with monthly store mechanism. Ensure that all stores are equipped with the necessary selling tools.

6. Monthly Budget tracking

Tracking budget usage for F22 – Samples, F21 – Gifts

CAMPAIGN / PR MANAGEMENT

1. Support marketing manager to execute 360 touchpoints for all campaigns across Skincare and Fragrance (event, media, PR etc)
2. Support marketing manager in CRM program implementation
3. Full ownership to help managing categories focusing on Skincare and Fragrance

DATA & REPORTING

Assist the marketing manager in generating the required data for both regular reporting and ad-hoc reporting purposes.
