• To manage, organise and control resources, expenditures and personnel within the workshop and site environment  
• Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures 

• Melakukan pengawasan dan control progress pekerjaan
• Mengaplikasikan dan menjabarkan rencana kerja yang dikerjakan
• Membuat dan mengendalikan preventive & corrective maintenance program harian, bulanan dan tahunan untuk pemeliharan, perbaikan mesin, peralatan dan fasilitas produksi untuk mendukung kelancaran jalannya proses produksi
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan head office untuk target penyelesaian pekerjaan
• Melakukan identifikasi, analisa mengenai perbaikan yang dilakukan
• Melakukan evaluasi, laporan dan program kerja serta improvement maintenance department.

Responsibilities:

• Perform machine installation
• Machine maintenance
• Repair machine
• Carry out analysis and problem solving
• Carry out machine quality control
• Perform functional test on the machines
• Create maintenance report
• Create a preventive maintenance schedule

1. Analyze and organize raw data.

2. Build data systems and pipelines.

3. Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.

4. Interpret trends and patterns.

5. Conduct complex data analysis and report on results.

6. Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.

7. Build algorithms and prototypes.

8. Combine raw information from different sources.

9. Develop analytical tools and programs.

10. Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects.
