Engineering Staff

Responsibility :

• List down all activities and group the activities in respective job area or job family to define competency needs
• Develop plan or agenda for competency development project and monitor the progress accurately
• Collect and process data related functional competency dictionary annually to ensure the alignment with company and/or business direction
• Perform functional competency assessment, prepare the result of competency dashboard, and monitor the competency dashboard to ensure the availability of updated information regarding employees’ competency
• Identify competency gap and employees’ competency profile correctly based on guidance
• Prepare and facilitate annual learning & development program (ALDP) through blended learning concept (70:20:10) to ensure smooth delivery and the program effectiveness.
• Liaise with related functions to address competency gap, especially in planning & design phase
• Prepare functional competency management report correctly and in timely manner
• Utilize or operate competency management tools based on guidance.
• Standardize training content, training materials, training modules and teaching aids
• Determine ways to integrate technology into the classroom and adopt learning technology to optimize knowledge transfer
• Evaluate and revise existing curriculum as needed and adapt into digital format

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree all major
• Minimum 1 year working experience at online learning platform
• Have skill in content design & using it's software
• Proficiency in Ms. Office
• Fluent in English both spoken & written.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Jakarta. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for daily lead generation and market research activities, building customer relationships and providing customer service and support. The Business Development Specialist is also responsible for analyzing and reporting market trends and competitor movements.

Engineering staff

• Following the kick of meeting with Sales Department, production, customers, and the Project Coordinator before starting the project.
• Receive technical documents from the Application Engineer and sales during the kick of meeting and implementation for project execution.
• Able to Conduct and lead the engineering phase until the engineering output (BOM and Drawing) is released.
• Able to Conduct and lead the preparation of inspections and test plans with the Quality Engineer.
• Become a company representative for every technical meeting and discussion with customers.
• Conducting site survey before the project is executed and issue an installation plan on sites.
• Become a commissioning test team, and record commissioning results for handover to customers/Operations.
• Recapitulation of inspection/test result documents into Fabrication Data Records in collaboration with Quality control and Application Engineers.
• Performing FAT at the vendor's facility before sending equipment to the Company.
• Perform technical coordination and manage vendors in technical terms.
• Become a Problem-Solving team if there is a problem with the equipment and systems supplied to the customer.
• Overseeing engineering for project execution from the initial handover at the kick of meeting to Commissioning and Handover.

• To manage, organise and control resources, expenditures and personnel within the workshop and site environment  
• Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures 

• Assisting controlling Callidus jobs, placing orders, expediting spares, stock shipments, and document control and provide support to the supervisor to meet promised delivery dates.
• Carry out Work In Progress analysis and lead expediting actions to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Duties associated with the administrative area so as to make sure that all requirements are met and that these duties are completed according to the monthly financial calendar and client due dates.

Control all Callidus repair jobs, compile quotations, placing orders, expediting spares and provide support to workshop to help meet deadlines.
