JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
• Collecting data on beauty trends (cosmetics/skincare) to be used as material/ideas for making new products.
• Innovating from trend data that has been collected.
• Selecting materials that are appropriate or relevant to the idea.
• Developing a project plan to be carried out, from the timeline, the development process sequence, to product launch.
• Providing briefs, monitoring the process, and providing input to the technical department (and other related departments) from sample making to large-scale production.
• Helping to develop ideas for the marketing, creative, and promotion departments to market newly launched products.
• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
• Organising events such as product launches.
• Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
• Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
• Conduct research, conduct product evaluations, and collect consumer opinions on products that have been sold or have just been launched as material for ideas for the next product.

Job Description :

·        Bertanggung jawab atas trial formulasi dan keberhasilan trial

·        Bertanggung jawab terhadap stabilitas dan kompatibilitas produk trial dan verifikasi

·        Bertanggung jawab atas laporan kegiatan Research & Development

Job Requirements :

·        Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Analis Research & Development

·        Pengalaman dalam bidang Adjustmen Colour min 1 tahun

·        Pendidikan minimal D3, S1 Farmasi / Kimia

·        Lebih diutamakan dari perusahaan Kosmetik / Skincare

·        Mahir Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

·        Komunikatif, mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim

·        Bersedia bekerja sistem shifting

·        Penempatan Tangerang - Cikupa

1. Melakukan maintenance system administrator server
2. Membuat laporan Preventive Maintenance
3. Membuat laporan Corective Maintenance
4. Melakukan instalasi dan configurasi server dan storage

Requirements :

•  Min Diploma Degree in Marketing / Management/ Business administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experienced in marketing field
•  Fluent in English and Mandarin
•  Good at powerpoint
• Willing to work in Jakarta Selatan area with regular business hour



Responsibilities:

•  Identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure that their quality, cost-effectiveness delivery time and service levels meet company requirements
• Analyze market conditions, find new potential suppliers and build good relation with suppliers
• This position also requires to resolve issues arising in the suplly chain and conductiong market trend analysis to support strategic sourcing and decision making

·        Create a new product concept through in-depth research based on market trends.

·        Know about making cosmetics in terms of concept or implementation.

·        Involve in a new product development project.

·        Do a market analysis of the products.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to plan new products.

·        Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development.

• To manage, organise and control resources, expenditures and personnel within the workshop and site environment  
• Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures 

• Assisting controlling Callidus jobs, placing orders, expediting spares, stock shipments, and document control and provide support to the supervisor to meet promised delivery dates.
• Carry out Work In Progress analysis and lead expediting actions to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Duties associated with the administrative area so as to make sure that all requirements are met and that these duties are completed according to the monthly financial calendar and client due dates.

Control all Callidus repair jobs, compile quotations, placing orders, expediting spares and provide support to workshop to help meet deadlines.
