The role also involves leading a team of scaffolding workers to execute tasks aligned with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

§  Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to develop scaffolding requirements.

§ Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for scaffolding works.

§ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate scaffolding activities into the project timeline.

§ Supervise and manage scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling on-site; Conduct routine inspections to ensure structural stability, compliance, and quality; Provide technical guidance to scaffolding teams to address challenges during installation or modifications.

The QS will oversee project cost estimation, budget control, progress valuation, and ensure compliance with contract terms and specifications to support in measurement of the fabricated steel sections at the steel fabricators premises.

o  Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for the project.
