Scope of assignment

• Support Accounting team in preparing Invoice verification weekly payment, TEC process, monthly WHT reports, arranging, filing, and archiving accounting documents based on company procedures.
• Assist in fixed asset management including physical counting, tagging, system maintenance and preparation of documents.
• Assist in implementing company’s projects like testing new systems and process flows.
• Support Administration routines are simple, communicated and monitored to help the co-workers to understand and apply office routines.
• Involve office Indirect procurement tendering and contracting by following cost-efficient and compliant working methods and Manage vendor performance regularly.
• Other ad-hoc assignments required by the supervisor.

The Procurement Officer (“Admin”) is responsible for the administrative works of Procurement such as Purchase Order creation & distribution and maintaining internal Tracker to help the operational business of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Order (PO) as required by the Procurement Buyer
• Send PO to Vendor by email & ensure the Vendor received the email
• Manage the end-to-end administrative process of Vendor Management to fulfill the Users and/or Regulatory needs, such as Vendor Registration
• Proactively liaise with the Procurement Buyer for the Purchase Order purpose
• Maintain the internal Tracker for end-to-end PR to PO journey for SLA & Saving reporting

• Minimum Diploma 3 in any major 
• No Minimum of years of experience as an Officer or Admin Purchasing/Procurement
• MS excel mastery, familiar with SAP is plus point
• Preferably have excellent communication skill including negotiation and presentation 
• Teamwork player
• Able to understand stakeholder needs, analyze their needs and be a solution-oriented person.
• Eager to learn new things and challenge
