DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Melakukan perencanaan, strategi dan pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa dari seluruh Direktorat;
Melakukan review Kerangka Acuan Kerja (KAK), Spesifikasi dan harga perkiraan dari user sebelum dijadikan sebagai dokumen pengadaan;
Melakukan analisis, memonitor dan mengendalikan proses pengadaan barang/jasa dengan sistem yang ada dan sesuai dengan standarisasi Perusahaan.
Melakukan proses pemilihan penyedia sebagai pelaksana pengadaan atau pelaksanaan pembelian;
Mempertimbangkan anggaran, persyaratan stok dan keterampilan yang diperlukan;
Memastikan pemasok memenuhi persyaratan khusus dari Perusahaan, seperti akreditasi ISO atau tingkat asuransi tertentu yang di persyaratkan;
Menyerahkan salinan dokumen pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa kepada Penanggung Jawab Kegiatan (PJK);
Melakukan penyimpanan dokumen dan hasil pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa ke dalam sistem dokumen elektronik Perusahaan;
Melakukan koordinasi implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kontraktor PAM JAYA (SMK2P);
Membuat laporan pertanggung jawaban atas pelaksanaan kegiatan barang/jasa kepada Pengguna Anggaran.

Required skill : Good in Ms. Excel
Required Languange(s) : Mandarin
At least 1 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
Good knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws and Regulations
Excellent communication and team oriented personality
Able to work with deadlines.
Responsibilities :
Process monthly tax routine including calculation, payment and reporting
Updates and translate current tax regulations to the management, able to identify tax accounting and transactions that have tax implications, do tax research, interpreting and applying the tax law, regulations, and cases to specific transactions and factual situations
Assist in Tax compliance checking and accuracy of tax obligations
Providing required data / documents related to Tax audit process
Able to file tax Return and prepare related documents
Communicate with internal PIC related to data completion for tax Audit and compliance purposes
Communicate with external parties (Tax Office / Consultant) related to solve tax audit issues.
