Responsibilities

• Develop an action plan to achieve and exceed the revenue/new customer acquisition targets set for the year.
• Acquire new customers while constantly maintaining and upgrading the existing customer portfolio to achieve the set targets.
• Provide excellent service to customers (both existing and potential) by maintaining close relationships and managing their portfolios. 
• Advise clients on various funding and investment options, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
• Monitor P2P market trends and regulatory changes affecting funding and investments.
• Ensure compliance with P2P regulations and internal policies.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics of related field from Reputable University
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking,P2P, or financial services with a focus on funding and investments
• Strong understanding of funding mechanisms, investment strategies, and financial markets
• Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management

As the Agri Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and operational of farm/site/factory to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all regulatory requirements while also overseeing the operational of production. You will manage various aspects of site development including planning, execution, and stakeholder management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and oversee daily operations of poultry management and processing factory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. 

• Manage supply chain logistics on-farm poultry broiler & egg and palm sugar factory. 

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve production efficiency and quality control processes. 

• Monitor and evaluate production performance metrics, establishing KPIs to measure success. 

• Train, mentor, and develop the operations team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with the overall business strategy. 

• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure the operational procedures align with regulatory requirements. 

• Prepare and manage budgets for the operations department, ensuring appropriate resource allocation. 

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. 

• Provide regular reports to senior management regarding operational performance and areas for improvement. 

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and/or animal husbandry. 

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, specifically in poultry and/or food processing industries. 

• Experienced in opening new farm/site/factory. 

• Strong knowledge in poultry broiler and egg is a plus.  

• Understand industry standards, operational, food and safety regulations, and practices. 

• Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure development projects successfully. 

• Strong knowledge of local regulations and environmental laws pertaining to site development.

In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of credit-related products, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, risk, and marketing to drive the product vision, create innovative solutions, and enhance customer experiences in the credit space. Your expertise in credit products, combined with your leadership abilities, will be crucial in delivering products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·                Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for credit products, including credit cards, loans, lines of credit, and other financial services. Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

·                Market Research & Trends: Stay on top of industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor offerings in the credit space. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth.

·                Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, risk, finance, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to drive product development and delivery. Lead product planning sessions and coordinate across teams to ensure timely product launches.

·                Risk & Compliance Management: Work closely with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that all credit products adhere to regulatory requirements, including credit risk policies, underwriting guidelines, and financial regulations.

·                Credit Expertise: Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle, including underwriting, portfolio management, credit risk, and regulatory requirements.
