DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Melakukan perencanaan, strategi dan pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa dari seluruh Direktorat;
• Melakukan review Kerangka Acuan Kerja (KAK), Spesifikasi dan harga perkiraan dari user sebelum dijadikan sebagai dokumen pengadaan;
• Melakukan analisis, memonitor dan mengendalikan proses pengadaan barang/jasa dengan sistem yang ada dan sesuai dengan standarisasi Perusahaan.
• Melakukan proses pemilihan penyedia sebagai pelaksana pengadaan atau pelaksanaan pembelian;
• Mempertimbangkan anggaran, persyaratan stok dan keterampilan yang diperlukan;
• Memastikan pemasok memenuhi persyaratan khusus dari Perusahaan, seperti akreditasi ISO atau tingkat asuransi tertentu yang di persyaratkan;
• Menyerahkan salinan dokumen pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa kepada Penanggung Jawab Kegiatan (PJK);
• Melakukan penyimpanan dokumen dan hasil pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa ke dalam sistem dokumen elektronik Perusahaan;
• Melakukan koordinasi implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kontraktor PAM JAYA (SMK2P);
• Membuat laporan pertanggung jawaban atas pelaksanaan kegiatan barang/jasa kepada Pengguna Anggaran.

Creating to closing a business opportunity includes analyzing the client's business operations and goals, and determining the best way to meet their needs in a timely and satisfactory manner. Being an Account Manager also means to develop an ongoing business relationship with our customers’ managers, or supervisors through all stages: pre-sales, during implementation, and maintenance to keep them satisfied. Account Manager shall also help in resolving any issues that might occur during the project and support there after.

• Lead the accounting & tax department, including: set and maintain SOPs and train the staff
• Representing the company to deal with outside parties (KAP auditors, taxes, suppliers, etc.) with the company's permission.
• Provide / collect company data for taxation or other audit needs.
• Monitor the preparation of periodic financial reports; reports meet basic accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
