Staff Administrasi

• Mencari dan menentukan vendor yang berkualitas untuk pengadaan barang – barang & jasa untuk kebutuhan rutin & non rutin sehingga dapat mendukung penyediaan barang dan jasa yang diminta oleh dept terkait
• Membuat dan mencetak PO (Purchase Order) dan mengirimkannya kepada pihak vendor, agar proses pembelian dapat berjalan dengam baik sesuai jadwal dan spesifikasi yang diinginkan
• Melakukan folllow up terhadap kedatangan barang, agar barang datang tepat waktu dan sesuai jadwal
• Membuat laporan untuk pengadaan barang dan jasa untuk menjadi bahan informasi bagi atasan dan untuk dalam pengambilan keputusan

1. Create PO, Contract Agreement Letter (SPP), Cashbon Manual/System, Cashbon Accountability

2. Receive Cashbon from Finance

3. Inform the requester to create GRN

4. Processing Invoice: Control the completeness of Invoice Document

5. Scan all document related purchase the item and review the completeness of document

6. Input suplier data in Oracle if there new supplier

Sourcing and Supplier Management:

• Identify and evaluate potential local suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and maintain a preferred supplier list.

Procurement Process:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

Cost Management:

• Monitor and control procurement budgets.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all purchased products and services meet the company's quality standards.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve any supplier-related issues.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost analyses, and supplier performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments such as Production, Logistics, and Finance to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement of required goods and services.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements.
