As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the QA processes across various projects, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices. You will collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to guarantee that the products meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering their development and growth.
• Define, implement, and enforce QA methodologies, strategies, and plans for new and ongoing projects.
• Create comprehensive test plans, design test cases, and execute them. Identify potential risks and gaps early in the development cycle.
• Plan, improve, enhance, and automate testing processes to ensure maximum performance and quality in the final product.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality is built into every aspect of the product lifecycle.
• Advocate for and implement test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency, repeatability, and coverage.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership, actively participating in the test execution process while guiding others to excel.
• Maintain and report on key QA metrics, such as defect rates, test coverage, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead and coach other QA engineers to develop their skills and maximize their potential.
• Establish and maintain QA processes, including defining service standards, writing technical and management reports, ensuring compliance with standards, and determining training needs.
• Ensure that the entire development team adheres to best practices and follows the correct processes to achieve the desired product quality.
• Stay updated with the latest QA tools, techniques, and methodologies and apply them to continuously improve our processes.

• Experience with testing automation tools and frameworks such as BDD, TDD, Robot Framework, Katalon Studio, Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
• Knowledge and understanding of modern development techniques (BDD, TDD, DDD), branching strategies (gitflow, feature branches/flags, trunk-based development), and CI/CD.
• Experience with Linux systems and Linux administration (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu, Secure Linux).
• Knowledge and understanding of Docker, VM, Cloud, and Orchestration (GCP, AWS, Kubernetes).
• Understanding the need for test automation at all levels, including database, UI, and from unit tests to user acceptance tests.
• Experience leading a testing team, including coaching, mentoring, and growing team members.

The SAP Master Data and Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the management and integrity of master data within the SAP environment, including controlling Master Data Requests to ensure that data entries are not duplicated and meet completeness standards. This role involves standardizing master data naming conventions according to established standards and providing low-level support for simple issues, such as re-uploading Merchant Statement Report(MSR) and checking Account Statement data. Additionally, the specialist will update the AI Ayana Hospitality data, including user manuals, and strive to learn new aspects of daily SAP operations, such as understanding SAP and SAP Fiori Authorization. This role also includes maintaining a list of transactions for the Cash Journal, learning the Purchasing Flow to assist with operational issues, and providing training on new features to users to enhance their knowledge of SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Master Data Management:

o   Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data (e.g., customer, vendor, material, and financial data) within the SAP system.

o   Develop and enforce data quality standards and data governance policies to ensure consistent and accurate master data.

o   Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and document data definitions, structures, and relationships.

·       Quality Assurance:

o   Establish and implement quality assurance processes to monitor data integrity across the SAP system and related applications.

o   Conduct regular data quality audits and assessments to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues.

·       Process Improvement:

o   Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in master data management processes, tools, and techniques.

o   Work with IT and business teams to streamline data entry, data migration, and data cleansing activities.

ThinkWell will develop a sustainability assessment and transition plan for The Global Fund’s (TGF) HIV, TB, and Malaria (HTM) portfolio in Indonesia, considering the context of Indonesia’s decentralized health system and Health Law No. 17/2023. This law mandates that health budgeting directly links to performance outcomes rather than proportional funding, fundamentally changing resource allocation with a stronger emphasis on efficiency, accountability, and concrete health outcomes. Through a review of relevant documents, key informant interviews, and secondary data analysis and modeling, we will create a status quo baseline of current investments and transition opportunities, addressing how Indonesia can take full financial and operational responsibility for its HTM programs within its increasingly decentralized health system. The plan will consider various funding scenarios, the country needs, and context and TGF Replenishment cycles through 2030. The Health Financing Specialist (Grade 9) will play a crucial role in developing sustainability and transition scenarios for Indonesia's HIV, TB, and Malaria programs. This work involves analyzing complex health financing data across Indonesia's decentralized health system, tracking program expenditures and outcomes, and supporting the modeling of various funding scenarios through 2030. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for the period of January to 31 May 2025.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct literature reviews on relevant technical and policy issues and summarize findings effectively.

2. Collect and manage (e.g., clean, sort, and match variables) data for analysis from multiple health information systems (NHA, IDHS, SUSENAS, SAKERNAS, and BPJS-K sample claims), documenting the study protocol and upholding good research practice.

3. Conduct analysis using health financing tools; Stata, R, or other applicative tool, to build evidence that informs policy on health financing. The analysis includes financing flows and fund tracking across different government levels (central, provincial, district) for HTM programs.

4. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data across various subjects, including HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria. Conduct analysis on health expenditure and utilization, budget impact analysis, and cost-effectiveness analysis of public health programs. Assist in developing and analyzing funding scenarios for the HTM program transition. Support the analysis of JKN claims data related to HTM services and their integration into the national health insurance scheme. Analyze absorption capacity for HTM programs across different administrative levels

5. Create graphics and visualizations of quantitative and qualitative data.

6. Create documentation for projects as requested, including meeting agendas and minutes, photos, and recordings from engagements such as interviews, client meetings, and project workshops.

7. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute pertinent information, ideas, and suggestions related to project commitments.

8. Organize and manage version control for project documents, including Excel workbooks, narrative reports, and PowerPoint slide decks, to facilitate team efficiency and accuracy and to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
