As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the QA processes across various projects, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices. You will collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to guarantee that the products meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering their development and growth.
• Define, implement, and enforce QA methodologies, strategies, and plans for new and ongoing projects.
• Create comprehensive test plans, design test cases, and execute them. Identify potential risks and gaps early in the development cycle.
• Plan, improve, enhance, and automate testing processes to ensure maximum performance and quality in the final product.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality is built into every aspect of the product lifecycle.
• Advocate for and implement test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency, repeatability, and coverage.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership, actively participating in the test execution process while guiding others to excel.
• Maintain and report on key QA metrics, such as defect rates, test coverage, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead and coach other QA engineers to develop their skills and maximize their potential.
• Establish and maintain QA processes, including defining service standards, writing technical and management reports, ensuring compliance with standards, and determining training needs.
• Ensure that the entire development team adheres to best practices and follows the correct processes to achieve the desired product quality.
• Stay updated with the latest QA tools, techniques, and methodologies and apply them to continuously improve our processes.

• Experience with testing automation tools and frameworks such as BDD, TDD, Robot Framework, Katalon Studio, Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
• Knowledge and understanding of modern development techniques (BDD, TDD, DDD), branching strategies (gitflow, feature branches/flags, trunk-based development), and CI/CD.
• Experience with Linux systems and Linux administration (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu, Secure Linux).
• Knowledge and understanding of Docker, VM, Cloud, and Orchestration (GCP, AWS, Kubernetes).
• Understanding the need for test automation at all levels, including database, UI, and from unit tests to user acceptance tests.
• Experience leading a testing team, including coaching, mentoring, and growing team members.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology).

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Product Manager to oversee the development and growth of our credit product portfolio. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of credit-related products, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, risk, and marketing to drive the product vision, create innovative solutions, and enhance customer experiences in the credit space. Your expertise in credit products, combined with your leadership abilities, will be crucial in delivering products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·                Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for credit products, including credit cards, loans, lines of credit, and other financial services. Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

·                Market Research & Trends: Stay on top of industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor offerings in the credit space. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth.

·                Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, risk, finance, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to drive product development and delivery. Lead product planning sessions and coordinate across teams to ensure timely product launches.

·                Risk & Compliance Management: Work closely with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that all credit products adhere to regulatory requirements, including credit risk policies, underwriting guidelines, and financial regulations.

·                Customer Experience & Journey: Lead efforts to improve the overall customer experience in the credit product lifecycle, from onboarding to repayment. Partner with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences for customers.

·                Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance and customer feedback using key performance indicators (KPIs), and take actionable steps to optimize product features, pricing, and positioning.

·                Mentoring & Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and expertise on best practices in product management and credit products.

·                Innovation & Scaling: Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and product differentiation in the credit space. Scale existing products and develop new ones that cater to evolving market needs.

·                Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to senior leadership, and collaborate with external partners, vendors, and financial institutions as necessary.

·                Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on credit products (loans, buy now pay later, etc.) or related financial services.

·                Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams, with a demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex projects across multiple stakeholders.

·                Credit Expertise: Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle, including underwriting, portfolio management, credit risk, and regulatory requirements.

·                Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to interpret financial metrics, user analytics, and market data to inform product decisions.

·                Technical Understanding: Familiarity with modern software development practices (Agile, Scrum) and experience working closely with engineering teams on complex financial technology solutions.

·                Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a history of successfully working with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external partners.

This job purpose is to develop, standardize, and implement training programs across business units under AYANA Hospitality Management (AHM) to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the training departments resulting in maintaining high service standards and improving employees’ skills. 

• Plans, implements and monitors, in conjunction with other members of the Corporate Human Resources Division both General/Core and Management Training for the various business units under AYANA Hospitality Group (AHM). 
• Assists in identifying training needs within each department and business unit and suggests training programs based on business units’ characteristics and needs.
• Evaluates current and new learning programs, recommending changes that align with business need, and drives projects from beginning to end.
• Responsible for managing the continuing education curriculums and selecting learning materials and systems that foster opportunities for employee education. 
• Works closely with the business units’ training departments to ensure a smooth roll out of the curriculums in all locations, periodic tracking and reporting of training data. 
• Facilitates & delivers training incl. live and virtual leadership and development courses.
• Reviews the progress of the business units’ Training Plans and makes recommendations where necessary.
• Advises any new support material that would be beneficial to the hotels and business units.
• Delivers the socialization of the AYANA Guiding Principles (Corporate Philosophy) and brand training to all business units under the AYANA Hospitality Group (AHM). 
• Implements and monitors the company’s training materials, including Rank & File training series, Supervisory training series, Managerial training series and other e-learning initiatives.
• Develops facilitator guides, participant guides, and training content to support the learning opportunities within operations for continuous improvement, and leader development.
• Acts as primary point of contact on styling L&D programs for all stakeholders within the group.
•  Coordinates and monitors the cross-training programs between business units under AHM.
• Partners with external vendors to translate identified training needs into learning solutions that address both the areas of professional and technical skill development.
• Establishes and maintains training vendor relationships and contracts.
• Partners with the L&D teams in building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders to uncover learning & development needs and gain agreement on program outlines and success metrics. 
• Guides and ensures the success of the enterprise-wide LMS deployment. 
• Consult with HR departments to identify development needs for key talents, periodically reviews the talent selection process and builds talent pools too strengthen the growth of human capital within AHM. 
• Assists in developing presentations and also participates in school visits and career fairs. 
• Participates in the preparation of the training and development budget and reviews each business units’ training budget. 

Education:

Minimum S1 in management, psychology, hotel administration or other related field
