PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• To provide input into the implementation of the marketing and sales strategy, to ensure we meet our objectives and property sales/rental opportunities are handled to the benefit of project.
•  To participate in development of systems and processes to identify potential customers - their profiles and requirements so that products and services are highly marketable and sales targets are achieved.
• To provide comparison for the targeted property with similar properties that have recently sold / leased, in order to determine its competitive market price/rental.
• To establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization (Jakarta office & regional offices) and with clients, external agencies, in order to promote property sales/lease and achieve targets.
• To accompany buyers / tenants during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
• To advise clients on market conditions, prices / rentals, legal requirements and related matters.
• To coordinate property closings and overseeing signing of documents.
• To prepare documents such as contracts, agreements, or closing statements.
• To assist as a “door opener” and identify new business opportunities.
• To penetrate and keep track of market activities.
• To develop relationship with occupiers with aim of securing appointment in the future.
• To liaise with the client’s representative for detail process and support in project administration.
• To conduct/support any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company

Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban & City Planning, Real Estate Finance/Development or related disciplines.
• Proven track record with 1 – 3 years’ experience, preferably in Valuations

4. Berpartisipasi dalam acara pemasaran, pameran, dan seminar untuk memperluas jaringan dan mempromosikan layanan perusahaan.
5. Menilai kinerja penjualan secara berkala dan menyusun laporan tentang pencapaian dan tantangan yang dihadapi untuk mendapatkan dukungan dalam pengembangan strategi penjualan ke depan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

• Membuat rencana kerja yang terarah guna mencapai sasaran sales target yang meliputi pembuatan rencana kunjungan.
• Menjelaskan, memasarkan dan melakukan penjualan produk.
• Melakukan Visit / Kunjungan ke Customer (Dokter) secara teratur sebagai follow up untuk mengetahui hasil kerja dan stock produk.
• Menguasai Area kerja dengan baik.
• Mencari Customer (Dokter) baru di area yang telah ditentukan.
• Menjaga dan Menjalin Hubungan baik dengan User Terutama Dokter dan bagian pengadaan.
• Bersedia kerja di lapangan dan terbiasa dengan target.
• Membuat laporan Daily dan Weekly Report dengan lengkap dan jelas untuk dilaporkan ke direktur.
• Melaksanakan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan D3/S1 Semua Jurusan.
• Umur Maksimal 35 Tahun.
• Mempunyai jiwa berjualan yang sangat baik.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify key influencers across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences online
• Growth and expand AnyTag Marketplace and fulfil the target as required by Management. 
• Conduct negotiation about Influencer pricing and maintain profit
• Implement influencer engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with influencers and bloggers on their requirements, timeline, and deliverables. 
• Coordinate and work closely with sales team for influencer inquiries that best cater the brand

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good command of English 
• 2+ years of experience in influencer business, preferably candidate who involve in campaign with Influencer and YouTuber and has experience working with Agency. Has experience with Brand Ambassador project would be great
• Negotiation skills to internal team and external parties. 
• Great in arranging campaign's budget and timeline
• Work enthusiast and has proven record in doing client's project (brand & agency)
• Showing interest in working by team, proactive and communicative
• Result-oriented and detail-oriented

Job Description:

• As brand representative in Distributor area, responsible for achieving sales target assigned by Distributor and directing Distributor salesmen in doing standardized branding implementation.
• Responsible to communicate any Selling or Marketing program to Distributor other salesmen, and gather consolidated feedback from Distributor (if any) regarding any program or disputes that might be happening in the future.

Position Overview

The Territory Account Sales Executive (TASE) expands new business and renewals in important accounts to exceed financial and business objectives. You will be assigned sales quota and performance and measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets through up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling. You will report to a Territory Sales Leader and work with our Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, Account-based Marketing and Autodesk Field Sales.

This position is based in Indonesia and we offer hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• You will generate new business by creatively expanding existing accounts and manage renewals.
• You will evaluate and prepare business plans for all assigned account, which involves evaluating customer profile, create value messaging, and target steps needed to implement the account plans.
• You will develop relationships Executives and translate customer challenges to value.
• You will ensure the team delivers value to the customers through building Account Business Plan and execution.
• You will build opportunity pipeline to achieve our goals and make continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisor.
• You will manage the End-to-End sales cycle; be in the field meeting customers for business development, prospecting, contract negotiations, closing, and post-sales support.
• You will deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business.
• You will collaborate with channel partners to understand their business, creatively adopt programs to increase new revenue, and expand partner relationships.
• You will reach out and provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement.
• You will negotiate deals and contracts at several levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on "C" and enterprise level negotiations.
• You will sell complex service engagements and creatively seek alternative solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience with sales track record carrying a quota in a direct led mid-market sales environment offering complex business solutions
• Experience in Sales process and account planning. (TAS, Value-based Selling)
• Experience in executive selling and relationship management
• Track-record in growing global accounts
• Channel sales experience
• High proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa and English required to conduct business with our customers in Indonesia
• Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry experience would be advantageous
