Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to join their team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, Paid Ads performance. You will also be responsible for overseeing paid advertising campaigns and ensuring the creation of compelling marketing assets that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and meet key performance indicators.
• Lead the development of marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and written content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing assets for use in various marketing channels, such as social media, email campaigns, website, and more.
• Work closely with creative teams, copywriters, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and plan to achieve business objectives
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and creative development initiatives
• Implement and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising

Requirements:

Main Responsibilities for Sales Assistant (Brand Pixie)

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.

• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Female, minimum 18 years old (students are welcome!)
• Good working knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, Google Drive, and POS payment system.
• Ability to communicate in English is preferred (expected to have foreign tourists in our store!).
• Able to represent Love, Bonito’s unique proposition.
• Able to get things done effectively and professionally.
• Trustworthy and take a great responsibility in fulfilling all the tasks given.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with various teams.
• Able for work duration of 6 months, with minimum 30 & maximum 40 hours per week.
• Have to work at least 1 day on weekend.

Role Summary

The incumbent will need to work closely with different trade associations, industry partners and media partners to explore opportunities to expand our businesses. Responsibilities

Work with a team of analysts to ensure prompt delivery of service to responsible clients to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

• To assist the senior member in identifying a new business opportunity in the industry
• Constructs and implements the analytical plan
• Consult with clients regarding research designs and general study concerns
• Supervises direct reports by answering questions, providing constructive and consistent feedback, and conducting performance appraisals promptly
• Develop study design, and questionnaires, and discuss analytical plans with the modeling team
• Run market simulations, analyze study data, and provide report conclusions and recommendations, with minimal supervision
