Opportunity
As a full-time on-site Brand Experience Specialist located in Jakarta, you lead the charge in delivering exceptional offline and retail customer experiences. This role combines strategic vision and hands-on execution to create immersive brand activations and seamless retail store experiences, ensuring our customers engage with the brand in meaningful and memorable ways.
Responsibilities
1. Offline Activations & Brand Engagement:
- Plan and execute offline activations, including events, pop-ups, and product showcases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align activations with overarching brand campaigns.
- Develop engaging in-store and activation experiences that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor trends and competitors to propose innovative experiential strategies.
2. Retail Operations
- Oversee the setup and management of retail stores, ensuring they reflect the brand’s values and identity.
- Develop store layouts, customer flows, and visual merchandising strategies to enhance the retail experience.
- Train in-store teams to deliver exceptional customer interactions and represent the brand effectively.
- Track retail KPIs, including foot traffic, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
3. Brand Consistency & Experience:
- Ensure consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints, including retail stores, activations, and events.
- Work with the design and marketing teams to ensure visuals and messaging are on-brand.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve activations and in-store experiences based on customer insights.
4. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Partner with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on promotional and experiential efforts.
- Coordinate logistics, budgets, and timelines for events and retail campaigns.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of offline campaigns and retail initiatives.
- Use customer feedback and data to refine future activations and in-store strategies.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in brand experience, event management, or retail operations.
- Proven track record of executing successful offline campaigns and managing retail spaces.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and retail best practices.
- Creative thinker with a passion for creating unique and memorable brand moments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in consumer electronics or smart home industries is a plus.
