• Memberikan support / supervisi terkait produk dan teknis pemasangan produk kepada pelanggan, baik untuk segment Project maupun Retail.

• Mendiagnosis dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis yang dihadapi oleh pelanggan secara efisien dan efektif.
• Memberikan training produk, baik kepada team internal perusahaan maupun eksternal perusahaan.
• Bekerja sama dengan pihak pabrik maupun pihak ke 3 untuk melakukan pengujian produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan Perusahaan.
• Melakukan kunjungan reguler ke project maupun retail sebagai bentuk after sales service.

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Material Science, atau program studi terkait
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai technical support dari industri building material
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving yang baik.
• Bersedia bekerja di Surabaya dan siap untuk melakukan perjalanan dinas jika diperlukan.

Purpose of role: This role will be responsible to maintain and develop sales growth for all John Crane product portfolio in East Java area

Key Activities: 

•Execute plan to exceed sales targets from existing and new customer account

•Presenting the product range and its technical attributes / benefits for customers and maintaining relationship

•Provide training program for the Mineral Market

•Support and coordinate customer enquiries, quote preparation for non-pricelist products and work with Application Engineering

•Facilitate price and negotiations in accordance with the guidelines

•Preparation of monthly reports to communicate plan and progress.

•Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:

•  Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.

•  Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.

•  Actively promote positive safety culture.

•Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:

•  Compliance to work instructions.

•  Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.

•  Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit

•  Other duties as assigned.
