Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SCM Manager at Samyang Foods Indonesia in Jakarta. The SCM Manager will be responsible for demand planning, supply and inventory management, procurement, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize the supply chain process.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Align supply chain operations with the company's strategic objectives and distributor's capabilities
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory to meet market demands while minimizing holding costs.
• Coordinate inventory forecasts based on sales trends, seasonal factors, and distributor input.
• Oversee logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with the distributor to optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules.
• Identify and implement opportunities for supply chain process enhancements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, and company policies in all supply chain activities.
• Manage the validity invoice from vendor
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, costs, and efficiency metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Prepare and manage the HR and GA budget.
• Manage payroll, tax, and employee benefits structure.
• Handle expatriate management and related processes.

• Pendidikan Diploma atau Sarjana (Lebih disukai memiliki Jurusan Manajemen Layanan Makanan & Minuman, Perhotelan, Pariwisata, Manajemen,
• Pengalaman minimal 2+ tahun sebagai Store Manager di sektor Layanan Makanan/Minuman/Restoran,
• Pengalaman minimal 2+ tahun memimpin tim,
• Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift,
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam management toko.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan Minimal S1 Arstitektur
• Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di proyek dan Jabatan yang sama.

• Bisa Menggunakan Microsoft Project.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Melakukan perencanaan terkait pelaksanaan proyek, kebutuhan SDM, pekerja lapangan harian, borongan dan subcontractor.
• Melaksanakan proses pengorganisasian dengan seluruh pekerja pelaksana proyek.
• Melakukan monitoring progress dan kualitas pada setiap tahap pelaksanaan proyek.
• Melakukan monitoring biaya pelaksanaan dan memastikan adanya profit biaya dalam pelaksanan proyek
• Berkoodinasi dengan pihak owner project/ manajemen kontruksi (MK), terkait semua hal yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan proyek. (material approval, schedule, dan progress pelaksanaan dan serah terima)
• Berkoodinasi dengan pihak building management terkait perijinan kerja, testing, ceklist, dan juga proses serah terima.
• Melakukan penilaian kinerja dan ikut serta bersama management untuk merencanakan jenjang karir seluruh karyawan proyek.
• Melaporkan secara rutin progress pelaksanaan serta progress tagihan kepada Direksi.

TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB:

• Koordinasi dengan vendor dan konsultan perihal design MEP dari Owner
• Memberikan rekomendasi design MEP
• Mereview design MEP seluruh proyek yang ada
• Koordinasi dengan vendor dan konsultan perihal design MEP
• Memastikan implementasi MEP sesuai dgn design yg sudah di setujui
• Memastikan implementasi MEP sesuai standart keamanan yg sudah ditetapkan
• Bertanggung jawab dengan hal yang berkaitan dengan MEP

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee management of private cloud and open-source technology services
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
