• Be the face of the company in the marketplace at designated work locations.

You will implement the daily work schedule, to handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations and to check air conditioning, water, fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them according to required standards as well as to work with other operational departments in the effective performance of their duties. You are responsible for ensuring that all the engineering and maintenance activities of the hotel are conducted to the highest professional standards at all times, with guest comfort and safety being the highest priority.

You will manage the Engineering department, ensuring the efficient running of the all hotel facilities, including all fire and life safety equipment and systems. It will be your responsibility to plan and manage all preventative maintenance work, new projects, extensions, and renovations. You will be involved in preparing the Engineering budget for the property, and will provide the Engineering knowledge for the hotel strategic and operational plans. You will monitor energy usage in the hotel, and implement initiatives to conserve energy wherever possible.

Job Description

GSRs work at assigned locations and events, speaking to Customers in order to persuade them to attend a sales presentation with Anantara Vacation Club. They work closely with the general public, and with hotel colleagues. They must make sure that only guests who are qualified are invited to attend.
