Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute impactful events that strengthen our employer brand and enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative, large-scale events and highly requested experiences.
- Manage logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Ensure all events align with our company’s brand identity and messaging.
- Develop promotional materials and strategies to boost engagement and participation.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve future events and initiatives
- PR/Marketing graduate with leadership and organizational experience.
- Skilled in managing projects, particularly events involving multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong project management abilities, including planning, multitasking, time management, and delivering results.
- A creative thinker who thrives on developing innovative solutions.
- Passionate about people engagement and designing impactful, creative events.
- Experienced in crafting high-quality pitch decks.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with expertise in data management and analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.
