The Loyalty & Promotion Product Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of loyalty programs and promotional strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. You will drive initiatives that create memorable experiences and value for our users.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, and implement innovative loyalty programs that enhance customer experience and retention.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for promotions that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional strategies across multiple channels.
- Set KPIs and track program performance, analysing results to optimize loyalty efforts.
- Research competitor loyalty programs and promotions to keep offerings competitive and relevant.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for program improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business/MBA or any related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, or similar roles, with a focus on loyalty programs & promotions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making, and detailed.
- Experience working with loyalty and CRM platforms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and well-structured thinker with a passion for enhancing customer experience.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in loyalty programs and promotions including consumer behaviour in digital ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully managing loyalty initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Exposure in Engineering is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
