Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Bertugas mengantar karyawan, tamu atau barang ke tujuan dengan baik berdasarkan permintaan dengan berpedoman pada keselamatan dan peraturan lalu lintas.
2. Membantu pemeliharaan kantor dan fasilitas kantor sesuai pedoman internal sehingga tersedia ruang kerja dan fasilitas kerja yang baik untuk pelaksanaan aktivitas kerja

Uraian Tugas

1. Sebagai Pengemudi

Secara umum tugas pengemudi adalah mengoperasikan kendaraan SNV untuk menyediakan moda transportasi yang aman dan nyaman bagi kegiatan Horas Hub dengan berpanduan terhadap peraturan lalu lintas dan standar umum keselamatan mengemudi.

Secara khusus tugas sebagai pengemudi adalah:

• Memeriksa kondisi kendaraan sebelum dan sesudah pemakaian, melaporkan jika terjadi kerusakan atau diperlukan perbaikan terhadap kendaraan
• Mengendarai kendaraan SNV seperti ditugaskan oleh atasan
• Patuh kepada peraturan lalu lintas, standar keselamatan dan peraturan SNV
• Memastikan kendaraan siap, bersih dan berfungsi dengan baik untuk pemakaian setiap waktu
• Melakukan pemeliharan rutin kendaraan
• Mencatat kegiatan harian dalam buku harian penggunaan kendaraan sesuai dengan kebijakan di SNV.

1. Tugas administrasi:

• membantu pekerjaan administrasi saat berada di kantor, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada: memberikan bantuan pengurusan imigrasi, HRD, Fotokopi, Scanning, filing (arsip), pengaturan brosur/ majalah/ surat kabar.
• Mengantar surat atau barang sesuai kebutuhan SNV.
• Tugas adminisrasi lainnya yang diberikan oleh atasan untuk mendukung kegiatan SNV

1. Kerapihan dan Kebersihan Kantor

• Menjaga kerapihan dan kebersihan kantor
• Menjaga kerapihan dan kebersihan taman dan sekitarnya
• Menjaga kerapihan dan kebersihan kamar mandi.
• Membantu melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan kecil yang dibutuhkan di kantor (lampu, listrik, peralatan kantor)

Job Description:

- Assisting customer in make-up suggestion and selection, making sure to deliver best shopping experience to customer

- Attract new customer by walk in sales and maintaining good relationship with existing customer by follow up

- Manage boutique or counter's merchandise stocks level by keeping keen and tidy administration report and existing physical product

- Minimum senior high graduated or higher

- Male/Female, max 30 years old

- Having experience as Beauty Consultant/Beauty Advisor min. 3 years in reputable make-up brands

- Having a full understanding in make-up application, able to perform make up demo to customer

- Target oriented, good communication skill, fast learner, good teamwork

- Working in shifting hours and weekend

- Able to be placed in Medan. Local people from each area will be prioritized
