• Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Information Technology Business/System Analyst 
• Strong analytical thinking to explore our journey and marvelous skills to work in a team, also have a keen attention to each of details
• Has experience in writing software requirement specification/technical design documents. 
• Has experience in IT testing (Writing test cases, executing testing, supporting UAT) 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Having a data analytic background will be preferable

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of company in Bandung Area. 
• Ensure the existence of the commercial transaction in field, as well as the accuracy of quantity and payment received. 
• Verify the accuracy of invoice information and other supporting documents required in a transaction. 
• Perform payment process and collection during commercial activities. 
• Perform data entry and reconciliations to ensure the proper and accurate records of financial transactions. 
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on payments and collection activities

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, Finance Administration, and/or Accounting. 
• Minimum 1 years of experience in finance or accounting related field. 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. 

• Ability to work independently and in a team. 
• Experienced in agriculture is preferable.

- Deliver processes and transactions in compliance with Risk and Financial Control policies

- Deliver FSS transactions and transaction corrections accurately processed within the timescales set by SLAs and OLAs.This involves processing transaction corrections, call out process exceptions and provide answers to transaction queries in a timely manner.
- Provide reconciled period end Tax data to Tax Team for processing of tax returns
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations within the timescales set by the period end checklist. At period end, responsible for sub-ledgers reconciled to the general ledger and delivery of complete and accurate trial balances to Financial Control.
- Support internal audit on queries and requests for information. Provide technical support to Finance and business stakeholders via standard and ad hoc analysis and investigations as and when required.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to Finance change projects (including business requirements and user-acceptance test scripting.)
- Regularly review FSS processes for process continuous improvement opportunities. Deliver small-scale process change projects.
- Ensure that any standard operating procedures and process maps utilised to carry out FSS processes are accurate and up-to-date. Ensure that transactions, reconciliations and any supporting documentation are filed and can be recovered in accordance with Financial Control policy.
- Enhance Finance skills via an agreed and documented development plan.
