Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Accounting / Fiscal  Administration /   Taxation
• Hold brevet A/B Tax certification
• Required skill : Good in Ms. Excel
• Required Languange(s) : Mandarin
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Good knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws and Regulations
• Excellent communication and team oriented personality
• Able to work with deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Process monthly tax routine including calculation, payment and reporting
• Updates and translate current tax regulations to the management, able to identify tax accounting and transactions that have tax implications, do tax research, interpreting and applying the tax law, regulations, and cases to specific transactions and factual situations
• Assist in Tax compliance checking and accuracy of tax obligations
• Providing required data / documents related to Tax audit process
• Able to file tax Return and prepare related documents
• Communicate with internal PIC related to data completion for tax Audit and compliance purposes
• Communicate with external parties (Tax Office / Consultant) related to solve tax audit issues.

Mendukung pelaksanaan sistem akuntansi yang ditetapkan oleh manajemen, agar berjalan sesuai target yang ditetapkan. Mengkoordinir staff accounting dan melaksanakan proses akuntansi dengan tepat waktu, tepat sasaran dan menerapkan kontrol yang baik untuk semua dokumen dan data yang dipergunakan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee the management of clients' tax obligations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Taxes (Articles 21/23/25), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax reports.
• Assist clients in resolving tax-related issues, including tax audits, disputes, or appeals.
• Prepare clients' financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK or IFRS).
• Perform financial reconciliations to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Guide and supervise the performance of junior accounting staff within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for the team on the latest tax regulations and accounting practices.
• Review changes in tax regulations and develop relevant internal policies.

• Prepare monthly inventory movement reports and analyses.
• Conduct monthly and weekly analyses of material purchase variances and obsolescence.
• Participate in monthly and annual stocktaking activities.
• Update and analyze standard costs on an annual basis.
• Prepare journal entries as required.
• Address ad hoc requests related to cost accounting activities.
• Assist in the monthly and year-end financial closing processes and analyses.
• Contribute to finance improvement programs and digitalization initiatives.

Tax Litigation, Consultation, Reconciliation.

• Mengelola semua transaksi akuntansi.
• Merekonsiliasi semua saldo akun, termasuk hutang, piutang, prabayar, penyusutan, amortisasi.
• Menangani penutupan bulanan, triwulanan dan tahunan. Laporan keuangan tepat waktu dan benar, mengelola neraca dan laporan laba rugi.
• Merekonsiliasi dan mengidentifikasi ketidaksesuaian data keuangan.
• Menjaga proses dan kepatuhan pajak, termasuk pelaporan pajak bulanan dan proposal pembayaran (Pemotongan Pajak, PPN).
• Menyiapkan dokumen keuangan audit dan permintaan.
• Berkolaborasi dengan konsultan pajak untuk menyusun dokumentasi pelaporan harga transfer.
• Menangani perhitungan kontrak layanan.
• Mengatur dan memelihara pinjaman dengan lembaga perbankan.
• Menyiapkan perangkat lunak keuangan, memastikan fungsi perangkat lunak berfungsi dengan baik.
• Berkoordinasi dengan setiap departemen terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan.
