Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing all pre-sales projects that are customer's related.

Job Descriptions

• Manage new and existing customer request
• Assist the sales team in delivering daily proposal to client
• Monitor the on going client-related project up to finishing and documentation
• Collaborate with the related department in delivering client to product activation
• Learn for new technology related to cloud and virtualization management, migration, and deployment

• Provide technical advice on architecture & interior design for new and potential projects.​
• Provide product & technical guidelines, specifications, and requirements to property owners and consultants.​
• - Plan, organize and direct project activities, including reviewing, evaluating, and assessing new & potential projects, ensuring compliance to the relevant standards, and highlighting any non-compliance.​
• Review designs submitted by consultants to ensure compliance with brand standards, integrate with other departments, liaise with corporate according to the project progress.​
• Assist in reviewing and arranging milestones validation and approval with other departments for Concept Brief, Block Plan, DAP (AR&ID), Mock-up Room and pre-operational reviews.​
• Review of Architectural, ID drawings and coordinated drawings with mechanical & electrical services. ​
• Ensure goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget, and other performance targets. ​
• Work with consultants, furniture dealers, product representatives, and fabricators to meet project objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee management of private cloud and open-source technology services
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team of cloud engineers and support staff
• Develop and manage project plans.

• Responsible day to day of KPI in Production i.e (OEE, MDT,IDC,MOC,MTBF and MTTR).
• Lead, maintain Lean manufacturing concept is working.
• Maintain Standard Implementation FMEA, Control Plan, Production Procedure and Working Instruction
• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by Executing Total preventive maintenance TPM (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Maintenance)
• Troubleshooting process and equipment problems
• Monitoring HSE in manufacturing Process (Ensure machine equipment Safely to operate)
• Participating in continuous improvement of manufacturing process
• Maintain and keep working area to meet environmental requirements and regulation compliance.
• Support Implementation BPS and IT in Manufacturing Process
