Senior Designer

We are looking for a hands-on, digital native with a breadth of design capabilities and a finger on the pulse of pop culture to join our growing Creative team. You’ll be responsible for ideating and implementing brand, editorial, and marketing programs, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working closely with the brand, creative and marketing teams. This role will have the emphasis on the craft of Graphic Design to consistently create powerful and memorable visual narratives.

Role: 

• Be the brand and design expert; shape and maintain brand ethos at every touchpoint with a relentless eye for craft.
• Participate in full-scale integrated campaigns from concept to completion. This will include creating and producing work involving photography, illustration, animation, digital, and experiential.
• Designing Campaign Playbook: identifying look & feel, setting the tone and design principles, and developing a visual identity system for campaigns that can be adopted in different APAC markets. 
• Hands-on design development in collaboration with Creative Leads, Content Strategists, and other designers.
• Ensure quality and timely creative production and communication with creative teammates, stakeholders, and external clients.
• Sell in design thinking and principles by inspiring a senior group and motivating the audience internally and externally.
• Ensure that deliverables adhere to the strategic brief, the brand’s vision and intention. 
• Operate as both an individual contributor and a cross-functional team player.
• Champion the user (both content creators and viewers/fans) in all your design rationales. Ensuring that your creative decisions are based on user behaviour and insights.

You:

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in creative studios (in-house or agency) with a focus on branding or graphic design.
• Award-worthy portfolio with world-class design sensibilities and deep interest in various pop cultures and diverse communities.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced workplace with the ability to visualise a range of solutions iteratively.
• Ability to understand business and brand priorities and translate them to hands-on design solutions.
• Led projects and experienced in working on regional campaigns
• Familiarity with production process and terminology; comprehension of graphic design, digital marketing, and advertising.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across JAPAC.

Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all design tasks within ClickUp boards and ensure clarity in all communications.
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs for website and web app projects using Figma.
• Design ad creatives and marketing materials for clients using Photoshop or Figma.
• Create visually compelling email marketing designs using Figma or Photoshop.
• Receive and implement feedback on designs, ensuring revisions are made until completion.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, examples, and best practices to ensure fresh and innovative designs.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements for ongoing projects to enhance user experience and visual appeal.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Fluent in US English, both written and spoken, with strong comprehension of spoken English for Loom video communications.

The Role
You will be a part of our Creative team, where you will be responsible for the process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics for our brand and marketing touchpoints such as eDM, Paid Ads, Catalogues, and Online Partner assets. Direct reporting to our Creative Lead, you will play a key role in being a brand guardian for Love, Bonito, ensuring that all touch points are protected, and the brand is presented in-line with our brand toolkit and vision.

Main Responsibilities

• To understand and execute according to the creative vision as directed by the HQ art director and internal content strategist.
• Work closely and assist the Creative Department and externally with Marketing, Business Development, and other departments to design and create various campaigns and collateral assets across online and offline channels.
• You will produce creative assets for :
• Online Own marketing channel: EDM (Electronic Direct Mail), Catalogues, Paid Ads (FBIG and Google Shopping)

• Online Partner/ Marketplace channel: Store Banner, Decoration and Template, Broadcast
• Message, In-App Feed, Social media for marketplace purposes)
• Project ad-hoc: creative direction for campaign (branding purposes)

• Liaising with external vendors to ensure completion of all creative artworks within the timeline.
• Assisting the creative team where directed.
• Maintaining a consistent style/ approach and high level of work across all creative assets.
• Dedicated to the deadline and have great time management to always be on schedule.
• Maintaining graphic archives.
• Administrative duties as required, such as Marketplace admin, and Adobe registration.

Requirements & Experiences :

• Min. 1 - 2 years of working experience in creative areas for fashion, beauty, and/or related industries.
• Proficient in graphic designing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Animation, Videography, or Motion graphic skill is a plus.
• An eye for fun, personable, and artful designs across all mediums.
