Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Penagihan Pinjaman Kepada debitur melalui Kontak Telepon

2. Menegosiasikan Tenggat Waktu pembayaran atau rencana Pembayaran

3. Memastikan proses penagihan berjalan sesuai dengan SOP dan Ketentuan yang berlaku.

4. Melakukan rekapitulasi berkala atas rekening kredit di bawah naungan untuk menghitung metrik penagihan.

Uraian Jabatan :

• Bertanggung jawab dalam merencanakan dan menerapkan kaidah K3 L dalam SOP perusahaan yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan dan kebutuhan perusahaan
• Melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi pelatihan yang berhubungan dengan K3 L
• Melaksanakan investigasi bila terjadi kecelakaan kerja
• Bekerja sama dengan departemen lain dalam menutup gap antara keterlaksanaan di lapangan dengan prosedur K3L yang sudah direncanakan
• Melakukan evaluasi dan pengembangan berkelanjutan sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku dan kebutuhan perusahaan.
