• Ensure and organize the smooth execution of subordinates’ activities during designated shifts in the glycerin refinery plant, blow molding plant, and packaging plant. Adjust staffing levels and resources as needed.
• Follow up on all issues related to personnel and administration concerning subordinates. Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts, and collaborate with HR when necessary.
• Ensure the smooth progress of process activities (production realization) in the glycerin refinery plant, blow molding plant, and packaging plant, and ensure their outcomes align with the set targets.

• Carry out maintenance and project activities for electrical and instrumentation properly, and handle ambient noise, B3, solid, and liquid waste in accordance with SOP, superior guidance, and standards/directions from the SHE team.

• Carry out repairs, additional equipment, modifications, and preventive and predictive maintenance. QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCES:

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3 years + as a Business or Boutique Manager responsible for teams from 5 to 10 people minimum, preferably in the luxury retail environment or fragrance brand

• Proven record of working within a luxury retail environment
• Experience of handling and executing well planned and successful prestigious brand events (would be a plus)

1. Wireless Network Design:

- Design and architect advanced wireless networks for various environments, including office spaces, industrial sites, and public areas.

7. Vendor and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and integrate new wireless technologies.

Requirements

- Certification: CWNE® (Certified Wireless Network Expert) certification is mandatory.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in wireless networking, with a proven track record of designing and managing large-scale wireless networks.

- Technical Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of wireless networking standards (IEEE 802.11).
