Membantu end-user dalam menangani kesulitan/troubleshoot pengoperasian sistem perangkat lunak
Melakukan pengujian sistem perangkat lunak, serta mengenali setiap bug/error pada sistem yang belum teridentifikasi pada tahap pengembangan
Mendokumentasikan permasalahan pengoperasian di sisi end-user, serta mendokumentasikan semua bug/error yg ditemukan
Dalam beberapa case, Technical Support ditugaskan untuk melakukan monitoring/pengecekan secara berkala pada infrastruktur jaringan yang meliputi : server, router, jaringan kabel LAN maupun access point untuk memastikan tidak terdapat kendala dalam transmisi data

Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operations of Delonix Karawang, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand standards
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property performance and revenue growth
Lead, mentor, and manage department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Foster a strong guest service culture by monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Drive team engagement, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
Establish relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role in the hospitality industry.
Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
A commitment to guest service excellence and team engagement.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
