Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Merancang dan mengembangkan proses injection untuk mencapai target produksi.
• Mengelola perawatan dan pemeliharaan mesin injection molding, memastikan mesin berfungsi dengan optimal untuk mencapai kualitas produk yang konsisten.
• Memahami dan menguasai pengaturan mesin injection molding, termasuk pemrograman, perawatan rutin, dan troubleshooting untuk memastikan kelancaran proses produksi.
• Menganalisis berbagai material plastik yang digunakan dalam injection molding, serta memahami karakteristik material tersebut untuk mengoptimalkan proses.
• Mampu mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah teknis pada mesin dan produk, serta menyampaikan solusi dengan cara yang jelas dan mudah dimengerti oleh tim.
• Bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim, berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi, teknik, dan quality control untuk memastikan standar kualitas produk terpenuhi.

Kualifikasi:

• Kemampuan berbahasa Jepang (baik lisan maupun tulisan) tingkat menengah atau lebih tinggi untuk berkomunikasi dengan tim dan pihak terkait.
• Pengalaman di bidang injection molding, dengan pemahaman mendalam mengenai proses cetak injeksi dan teknik terkait.
• Menguasai pengaturan mesin injection molding, termasuk pemrograman, perawatan mesin, dan troubleshooting.
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk menyampaikan masalah atau temuan terkait mesin dan proses kepada pihak terkait dengan cara yang jelas dan mudah dipahami.
