Main Responsibilities

Graphic Design Pillar

• Assist in the development of graphic assets that can be adapted to Paid Ads, Product Catalogs, or Instagram Stories
• Assist the Graphic Designer team in resizing images for website needs

Content Production Pillar

• Assist the Content team in content production: content making, video, and photo editing

Ad Hoc

• Assist the Creative team on a daily basis, with direct reporting to the Creative lead

Requirements & Experiences :

• Available for 4-6 months internship program
• Open to university students of any seniority
• Candidates with a specialisation in Design Communication Visual or related degree preferred
• Candidates with prior internships in Graphic Designer or Creative roles preferred
• Reachable during working hours
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, and Illustrator. Lightroom, editing apps such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or After Effects is a plus)

1. Handling learning administrative (handling & assist request, manage schedules, records, booking room for offline meeting, etc) and logistic needs

As a Learning and Development Intern, you will be part of a Learning and Development team.

What will you do:

• Assist in data migration to HRIS and LMS.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks in HR tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Main Responsibilities

PR Influencer & Community Pillar

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia brand image and campaign objective.
• Assisting to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate and posting date based on SOW under guidance from PR assistant.
• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date. 
• Generate and share customized UTM/ track links to KOL.
• Share content brief to KOL.
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker.
• Monitor KOL posting based on brief.

Social Media Pillar

• Instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
• IG Story: 2x daily
• IG Post: 1x week
• Generate UTM/ track links for Instagram posting & refresh Linkinbio

Ad Hoc 

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request clothing lending for influencers/ muses
