We are looking to hire new interns to assist in training needs and willing to work in Head Office (Jakarta). We are looking forward to collaborate with anyone who is fast phases, agile, detail oriented, and ready to learn new things.. You must be ready and willing to commit up to 6 months internship.

1. Handling learning administrative (handling & assist request, manage schedules, records, booking room for offline meeting, etc) and logistic needs
2. Generating learning reports
3. Maintaining learning data and records
4. Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants

1. Have basic excel/google sheet abilities (calculation, lookup, pivoting)
2. Fast phases, agile, details oriented and meticulous
3. Able to work with highly clerical tasks
4. Persuasive and customer oriented
5. Have experiences in training process will be advantage

As a Learning and Development Intern, you will be part of a Learning and Development team.

What will you do:

• Assist in data migration to HRIS and LMS.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks in HR tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Provide end-user support.
• Contribute to creating training data/dashboard

• Education: Enrolled in HR, Business, Data, or related programs.

• Skills: Basic HRIS and LMS understanding, proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (especially in employee data) & Proactive and adaptable.

• Install and setup laptop with Windows operating system
• Configure computer hardware, software, and IT office devices (printers, CCTV, etc.)
• Replacing laptop and computer hardware (HDD/SSD, RAM, Keyboard, etc.)
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues on laptops and computers
• Updating database of laptop devices
