We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). The Role
You will be responsible for managing Love, Bonito's presence on marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Zalora, TikTok) through inventory and store operation. Reporting directly to the Senior Online Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our day to day operation. You’ll be in charge of new product launches, manage inventory, drive promotions, and keep store operations fresh during campaigns, while handling ad-hoc tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly, and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
Launch Enabler:
- Prepare and verify product details to ensure accuracy for registration, maintain precise details according to launch plan and correct product size classifications.
- Ensure all product images meet the required specifications for various marketplaces
- Accurately register products in the marketplace seller center before launch
- Activate and deactivate SKUs as needed before product launches
- Verify that all products are correctly reflected across marketplaces and 3PL system
- Update launch trackers to ensure all SKUs are accurately registered
Inventory & Data Management:
- Maintain inventory data by updating the SKU database to reflect registered product launches across marketplaces
- Updating changes to price, product name, and variations as needed
- Conducting regular end-to-end stock checks to monitor product movement
Promotion Management:
- Manage promotions across marketplaces including sales price, vouchers, gifts with purchase (GWP), and flash sales
Store Operation:
- Responsible for store operations, including store decoration and category refreshment during each campaign
- Handling ad-hoc store operation tasks as needed
Requirements & Experiences :
- Open to fresh graduate!
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong understanding of formulas and tools for data organization
- Practical experience in managing marketplace platforms, including product listings, inventory updates, and promotional updates
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in listings and promotions while quickly identifying and resolving any issues
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to independently tackle challenges and solve problems
- Eagerness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to understand briefs clearly, even when there are changes, and adapt quickly
