1. Membantu Mill Advisor dan Askep dalam membuat budget pengolahan tahunan berdasarkan rencana penerimaan TBS
2. Menjabarkan rencana pengolahan tahunan dan bulanan ke dalam rencana pengolahan harian
3. Menghitung dan meminta kebutuhan material untuk pengolahan berdasarkan rencana pengolahan tahunan/bulanan serta memonitor kedatangan material sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan
4. Memonitor kondisi mesin dan memastikan seluruh mesin berfungsi dan mencapai kapasitas terpasang
5. Menginformasikan kepada Assisten Maintenance bila ditemukan hambatan
6. Melakukan posting harian atas seluruh pekerjaan processing sesuai dengan otorisasi dalam sistem
7. Memeriksa dan menandatangani seluruh laporan harian processing, laporan laboratorium dan laporan pemakaian material
8. Menyetujui dan menandatangani SPL dan daftar lembur
9. Memonitor hasil kerja Mandor dan Suverpisor dan memberikan masukan dan umpan balik kepada atasan atas kinerja Mandor dan Suverpisor
10. Melakukan secra konsisten pembinaan dan pengrahan kepada Mandor dan Suverpisor melalui proses diskusi dan atau pertemuan internal
11. Melaksanakan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja ( K3 ) di lokasi kerja

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Melakukan eksekusi instalasi dan konfigurasi database;
• Membuat draft dokumentasi konfigurasi dan topologi database;
• Melakukan eksekusi instalasi dan konfigurasi database;

• Melakukan identifikasi dan mitigasi risiko Database;
• Membuat draft dokumentasi instalasi dan konfigurasi database;
• Bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga terkait perencanaan, pengelolaan dan operasional database

Responsibilities include:

• Manage all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation and production, and management and training of kitchen staff
• Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production
• Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order
• Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner
• Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
• Follow the guidance of the executive chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes.
• Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
• Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
• Should be able to set an example to others for personal hygiene and cleanliness on and off duty.
• Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation. 
• Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
• Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
• Make a work schedule for all kitchen staff
• Make COGS reports and calculations

• Analyse and design software's requirements and specification
• Develop, test and evaluate new or existing system to produce system application
• Have programming skill: C languages, C++, Java, Javascript, .Net, AS400, and /or COBOL
