• Membuat BOQ (Bill of Quantities) berdasarkan dari gambar desainn, 3D sketchup dan gambar kerja 
• Membuat AHS (Analisa Harga Satuan) kepada pihak Management (RAB+RAP)
• Laporan estimasi anggaran biaya kepada pihak Management
• Update data harga satuan untuk pekerjaan sipil, interior, furniture, MEP 
• Membuat paket sub-pekerjaan (mapping, volume) untuk diminta penawaran harga kepada vendor dan supplier 
• Mengontrol agar purchase order kepada pihak vendor sesuai dengan budget yang ditentukan

As member of Office management team, your responsibility included 

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff members, answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to relevant staff;
• Provide administrative assistance to the staff and management;
• Liaise with the building management to maintain good office services (air conditioning; power, hygiene, safety, etc);
• Supervise JOG Office Boy as well as hygiene services;
• Handle petty cash and control office expenses;
• Prepare administration reports as needed;
• Conduct all purchasing duties according to approved purchase requests;
• Select and negotiate with suppliers for the best purchasing package in terms of quality, price, term, delivery, and services

Under the supervision of the audio manager and in collaboration with the relevant parties involved in the creation of our games, the sound designer’s responsibilities include:

• Generating a list of the Sound effects, VO and Music elements needed for games and dynamic-in-game advertising.
• Working collaboratively with the project team and contributing ideas/opinions to help establish a game's sound identity
• Creating/Designing high quality Sound effects, VO and Music elements to ensure the overall audio aesthetic matches the vision of the games
• Collaborating with other audio team members (designers, composers etc.) to create a cohesive audio experience for the end user.
• Ensure that audio is designed and delivered on time, on budget and at a very high quality level
• Communicating regularly with the various parties involved in the project, such as the game’s audio and production teams
• Troubleshoot and help fix any audio bugs that come up during the production of these games
