• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or System Information or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years as a IT Security or IT Cyber Security
• Familiar with common security controls and security flaws for modern Mobile Application, Web Applications, APIs and Cloud Infrastructure
• Understands the OWASP testing methodology
• Manage reporting related Information System Security status
• Manage operational SIEM & Information System Security day to day
• Familiar with common security controls and security standard such as NIST
• Offensive Security certifications is an advantage such as CEH Pratical or OSCP /OSCE certifiied

The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for performing individual internal audit projects, as part of the Audit Master Plan. These responsibilities include developing internal audit plan, scope, audit work program, performing internal audit procedures and preparing internal audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed, and providing sound, practical and innovative audit recommendations designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• The role would be based in Indonesia. The scope of work would entail regional involvementfor all the entities under the group classified under Cluster A (Vietnam & Indonesia) withdirect reporting line to the Cluster A Group Internal Audit Manager.
• Conduct end to end walkthroughs to identify risks, control gaps, and improvementopportunities covering the organization’s control environment and operational processes.
• Following the Group Internal Audit Methodology as a guide, design and execute testing planto assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Conduct remediation testing or follow-up audit to ensure remediation plans for ineffectivecontrols are fully implemented and control deficiencies are properly remediate.
• Ensure that audit working papers, testing results and documentation of findings orobservations are accurate, complete, and properly stored and secured.
• Prepare accurate, objective, clear, concise, constructive, complete and timely audit reportand upon review and approval by the immediate superior, communicate results thereof tothe appropriate parties.
• Establish and maintain a system to monitor the disposition of results communicated tomanagement.
• Establish a follow-up process to monitor and ensure that management actions have beeneffectively implemented or that management has accepted the risk of not taking action.
• Participate in the internal control projects covering all operations where necessary for theFood Group.
• Take part in special investigations where necessary and report to the Audit Committee withthe highest level of confidentiality.
• Manage the Outsource and Co-Source parties in completing the assignments when needed.
• Plan effectively to deal with varying office locations and time zones including travel time asthe nature of the job requires frequent travel to maximize output.
   

Job Description:

• As brand representative in Distributor area, responsible for achieving sales target assigned by Distributor and directing Distributor salesmen in doing standardized branding implementation.
• Responsible to communicate any Selling or Marketing program to Distributor other salesmen, and gather consolidated feedback from Distributor (if any) regarding any program or disputes that might be happening in the future.
• Become the leader for all Distributor salesmen in terms of Cessa effective selling tactics, and standardized Cessa 7 steps-of-calls SOP in the market.
• Monitor Cessa dedicated SPG in stores & SPG event (if any) activations.
• Become the initiator for BIG NEW Outlets or MT Channels opportunity in the area

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of invoice handling, ensuring process invoices for accuracy, matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts, completeness documents, and proper approval.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in A/P & Treasury processes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to A/P, including reconciliation, providing data and reports related to accounts payable, GRNI, and cash balance for financial reporting.
• Approve and validate A/P PO invoices, expense reports to A/P, application payment vendors
• Administer cash management, bank account administration, bank service fees, treasury accounting support, and foreign exchange.
• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, responding to vendor inquiries, and resolving payment-related issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, banking, and other functional area.
• Responsible for managing daily cash positions and ensuring sufficient liquidity, monitoring, and analyzing cash flow forecasts.
• Actively participate in the management of banking relationships.
• Responsible for preparing reports on A/P & treasury activities for management and compliance requirements ( internal and external)
• Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing efficiency measures in the A/P and Treasury area.

• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Sales di perusahaan Pembiayaan Dana Tunai/ Multifinance / Car Dealer Financing adalah wajib.
